Not as good as when it was Voxx. On 5/22/20 I had the same sandwich there I used to have when it was Voxx and it tasted like a mayonnaise sandwich with extra mayonnaise and a side of mayonnaise. One of the managers came over to "re-check" inventory after I picked a sandwich out of the case and proceeded to touch each and everything in the case with un-gloved hands. I'm assuming he washed his hands it was just strange to see someone walk over to a case of retail food and reach in and touch everything. My co-worker tried it after Voxx sold it and was charged $8 for a Venti Americano that tasted watery. I stopped drinking the coffee there a very long time ago. One of my favorite lattes in seattle, so smooth and delicious here! Baristas know their job, super friendly too. Ambiance is nice, cushion seats, planety of tables, music isn't too loud - good place to work and chat with friends. Lots of delicious cold sandwiches they will panini grill! They don't jack up their price here. The walls are made with windows that open! I fell in love with this place during pendamic bc the owners are exceptionally kind, hard working, who love their customers and their business - you can always tell. They also keep this place very CLEAN.

Back in COVID, they were thoughtful to air circulate well with fresh air so customers would feel comfortable, worry free. I rarely compliment business owners in reviews, but this fantastic couple makes my visit here so...

Some places create an experience where you feel valued. Voxx made me feel awful.

I came here to meet a friend, and it was my first visit. My hormones require a no carb diet, which seriously restricts what I can consume at a coffee shop. But I still try to order instead of simply using their space. I typically order shots on ice, and mix it with a protein shake that I have brought (everything coffee shops sell is loaded with sugar and other carbohydrates).

The barista flat out refused my only request: shots in a large iced cup. She would only serve the shots in a very small cup, and had zero interest when I showed her my drink and asked for her to accommodate a special dietary requirement. She didn't care, and was rudely dismissive. She said the owner won't allow it. OK! Never...
