I think that Matt Lewis has not only the best New Orleans style food in Seattle but it would be the best anywhere. His restaurant closed but his food truck is still making incredibly authentic New Orleans cuisine. Having lived there for two years myself I can attest that his po boys are the real deal. His beignets taste the same as if I bought them at cafe du Monde. This review applies to Selah's which has a regular schedule with Seattle Food Truck dot com. It's a decent alternative than venturing to downtown Ballard as you have Selah's to purchase enhancements to the food truck cuisine. Selah's has a seating area, too. They have beer on tap.
