I wanted to share my experience at this restaurant, as I think it’s important for future customers to know some details. First, the food is generally good, but there were some issues during our visits that I think others should be aware of.
During our first visit, we asked for butter naan but the owner gave us garlic naan instead. Since garlic naan is more expensive, I was charged for something I didn’t order. At the time, I didn't want to cause a scene so I just paid for it. However, when we returned for a second visit, I made sure to double-check my order to avoid being overcharged again for something I hadn’t requested. Despite me being clear that I wanted butter naan, the owner still gave us garlic naan. So I made sure to raise it with him so that I can get the type of naan that I ordered which he then replaced after I called it out.
Additionally, we tried using a "Beneath the Street" ticket for a discount on our second visit, but we were told that the discount could only be used once, regardless of whether we had another ticket. This was disappointing, especially since we assumed the offer could be used on multiple visits. The owner explained that it’s a one-time use per family, not per ticket, but this important detail was never mentioned upfront. It wasn’t in the promotional materials, nor was it stated when we received the ticket, so it left us feeling misled. The lack of clear communication about the terms of the discount was frustrating.
While the food is tasty, I really wish the restaurant was more transparent about their promotions and more careful with order accuracy. For future customers, I recommend double-checking your order and confirming the details of any promotions...
Read moreOn August 22, 2025, I placed a pickup order for samosas from Fusion Bistro, which we collected. Upon serving the food at a small gathering, several guests immediately noticed that the samosas were spoiled(we had a pregnent lady also in our group who ate this)..
I contacted the restaurant right away to report the issue and requested either a refund or a replacement delivery. Initially, they denied any problem with the food quality .Later, they offered to provide fresh samosas only if I placed a new order through DoorDash or returned with the spoiled items. I agreed to return and asked to pay an additional $20 as I had to leave party which I hosted and make arrangements to reach restaurant in late evening but they ultimately refused to honor this arrangement. As a result, I received neither safe food nor a refund.
This incident raises serious concerns about the restaurant’s food safety and handling practices.i am still waiting for the refund.Qyality of food is really concerning.i wasted my 32$.i hope this review help others and they don’t put hard earn money to eat low quality food . And if we are near by to restaurant why restaurant couldn’t make arrangements to deliver fresh food?we already offered this and never asked for any extra payment if they deliver.
I could see other reviews as well where rudeness of staff is a concern.looks like that is true too.
You guys have charged money for rotten samosas. And that looks cool to you ?.you have neither apologize or refunded .looks like you have great way of dealing in the business and making money from poor quality food.hard to achieve skill...

The restaurant’s ambiance is cozy and inviting, with tasteful décor that gives it a charming, cultural touch. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that you're well taken care of throughout your meal.
Now, onto the food. The menu is extensive, offering a variety of options for vegetarians, meat lovers, and even those seeking gluten-free or vegan options. I started with the Samosa Chaat, which was the perfect blend of crispy, tangy, and spicy. For the main course, I opted for the Korma with lamb. The lamb was tender and rich, with just the right amount of spice.
Another highlight was the Green Peas Pulao Rice, a simple yet satisfying dish that was full of depth and flavor. The Biryani here deserves special mention too—it was fragrant, perfectly spiced, and came with tender chicken pieces.
The portions were generous, and the flavors were fresh and vibrant, truly showcasing the rich diversity of Indian cuisine. Whether you're a seasoned fan of Indian food or a newcomer, Fusion Bistro offers an experience that's not to be missed.
Overall, Fusion Bistro excels in both food and service, and I will certainly be returning to explore more of their menu. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a delicious and authentic...
