My client made $10,000 to my company via Stripe payment. After the payment, the Stripe said that they can't work with my business type (construction), then they closed my account. However, the $10,000 is still under the Stripe Dashboard. I was trying to process the refund by myself, but due to the closure of my account. I was not able to process the refund from my end. I started to contact Stripe Support Centre since April.28th 2022, someone replied me and said they has processed the refund for me at that time. However, I checked the Dashboard everyday, the $10,000 was still there. I sent emails and the messages via the Support Centre everyday. They kept closing my case without solving it. Also kept saying that they were still reviewing my account. My account has been closed! Do not see any points of the reviewing. Now, after over two months, the $10,000 is still under the Stripe Dashboard. No one is helping me to process the refund. There is no customer service number to contact, only the support centre which is useless. I still keep contacting them to chase my $10,000 everyday. Still wait...

Every time I contact customer support or request assistance through your contact center, I am told that my issue will be escalated, that someone will reach out to me, that my case has been marked as a priority, and that I should expect a response within 3-4 business days. However, despite these promises, I have yet to receive any resolution. This situation is completely unacceptable.
For two years, my customers have continued to purchase and make payments through your platform, but I have not received any of the funds owed to me. This delay has caused significant financial hardship, and I am at a loss as to what further steps I can take.

I’m currently and (hopefully) temporarily closed due to the Covid crisis and am in desperate need of my online sales. PayPal is fine for some, but I need a true credit card option to make this really work. Stripe is being unreasonable and it’s having a horrible affect on my business and finances at a time that is already horrible without their added ‘help’.
