I was in town to go on a cruise. I broke 2 acrylic nails so I stopped in to have them fixed. I did not have them long in length and 2 were my original nails but not the 2 that broke. The Manager ( or whoever was in charge at the time) argued with me that all my nails were real. I couldnāt believe that she was basically calling me a liar. I told her that 2 were mine but the rest werenāt. She continued to ARGUE with me!! Finally, I told her what they looked like when they were put on my nails (really long) and my nail girl cut them down to match my length of my 2 real nails. I had to push my thumb down to show her my real nail attached to the fake one!! She then believed me. It turns out the young girl who was going to take care of me, wasnāt allowed to put on acrylics and could only put gel polish on my nails. I agreed just to get it done and get out of there. I would not recommend this business to anyone, as long as that woman is working there. Iāve never been gaslighted before by a place of business!...

Staff has changed and so has the service. My daughter got a pedicure was not offered the little flip flops are given any assistance with her shoes I had to ask them. I asked that they give my daughter's manicures all they did was painted their Nails Granite are 5 and 7 when I ask for a manicure usually they'll give it. I also asked to have my fell what color change. They told me you'll be an hour I figured that was okay because my daughters were getting their nails done in the meantime after the hour they asked me to wait another 20 minutes understandable because they were very busy. But then two female customers walked in and asked to get a manicure and pedicure and they immediately jumped to serve them I then told him I no longer wanted my manicure because they had asked me to wait and only paid for the services they gave...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDO NOT RECOMMEND! I received Gel-X Nails and one popped off within 2 days without me really doing anything with my hands. Then more popped off within the week. Total of 4 nails popped off at a very expensive cost. The manager would not refund me after me explaining the situation politely, and I was already out of town.. Do not recommend if you are from out of town since they will refuse to refund if anything goes wrong!
Edit after owner response: the only reason my service "took longer" than expected was because the tech said she could not do what I wanted her to do. We had to adjust every single aspect of the simple design(aura and a line going through the middle) and adjust colors because you didn't even have that .The solutions you gave were store credit or redo the nails(AGAIN, mind you),but II was only in Seattle for a business trip and do not plan on coming again. I was already out of town after the 2nd incident, so ultimately, I don't think that the options...
