Had a really bad experience here trying to sign up for Round Table rewards and witnessing the manager throw his customers and workers under the bus to avoid comping any sort of food in multiple cases where it was due. The person in front of me took 10 minutes to do their order because, they gave them a hard time on every coupon they had saying they were all expired and that there was nothing they could do she’d just have to order off the menu. They didn’t even mention your rewards program or offer any of your current specials. All of this is just bad customer service but, I get it the coupons expired.
Finally after 10 minutes I get up to the register and go to use my 6 free twists coupon I JUST got while I was in the store and it says expired apparently the online rewards coupon is only good for 5 minutes. After seeing how he treated the last customer I realized I was in trouble.
I asked the manager if there was anything they could do for me as he literally watched me sign up for the rewards and you could clearly see in the app it had just expired while I was in line. He told me to pound sand just like the last lady and then said that his cashier should have grabbed him sooner as they have 3 registers. He said I should’ve cut in front of the lady who was ordering and ask them to scan my coupon right away. He did everything he could to blame me and his employees for being wrong rather than just giving out a couple breadsticks and offering a coupon to what looked like a regular customer.
I’ve worked in retail, fast food, customer service, and business. These guys are horrible at all of the above and it’s entirely due to...
Read moreBAD Experience. Manager was rude and disrespectful. She accused of stealing a cold drink even though I had bought a full meal that included the drink. So, this is what happened. I decided to have water and the sales clerk at the front gave me a water cup. When I went to the soda concessions area, I noticed that they had lemonade instead, so I started to push the lemonade drink into my water cup. But the manager spoke up and started to say that that's an illegal cup and that I should be buying my soda. I spoke up right away and said I did buy my soda in a combo meal, but she insisted that I had to have a soda cup (which was a little bigger and it was brown which I assume to be for sodas only). I then asked her, were you watching me fill my cup with lemonade instead of water? She said no, but she could hear the difference when water is used instead of the soda. But logically, how did she know what cup I was using and what meal I had? This of course the incident occurred in front of another customer and that customer was ensuing that I didn't pay for my drink. It was a very embarrassing moment which made me angry. I will never go back to Round Table Pizza just because of...
Read moreI am so mad!!! I said to him that I would like to order two pizza's. The first one is a extra large king Arthur and add little pepperoni, bacon and extra sauce. He looks at me and says " okay, two of those" I said no just one, the other pizza I need a medium garlic chicken and also put extra stuff on that one. I had to repeat myself five times until he got it right. I felt bad because there was a line forming behind me.when they were done I took them home "45min... away from round table". The garlic chicken perfect, mine was not what I wanted not even close! I don't know how a extra large king Arthur pizza with the extras I asked for turned into a extra large pepperoni and bacon pizza. I called, and the same personthat took my order just wanted to argue with me. $100.00 it cost me just to get what I didn't want. Not only that, he said he was the manager. Unbelievable!! It's not about the money, it's about getting what I payed for. He was vary...
