Racist, prejudice and unfair it’s not enough to describe them, just because I have a Spanish last name, the prosecutor on Tuesdays ( skinny, glasses) told me I need a translator, he made a mistake and try to blame me assuming I don’t speak English, he is extremely rude, the judge think she has the right to judge people, the guy at the door acts like you are bothering him, the 2 cops helping in court are ok, the tallest one super nice and Donna at the window, nice too... these people forget our mistakes pay their salaries and one day they will be judge too and let’s hope god treat them better than they treat people...but the medal goes to the prosecutor, bitter, racist, unhappy, rude, superiority complex, abuse of power etc..let’s see what he gets on his judgement day, I really hope he realizes his...

The office staff and police are courteous and willing to help. The judge (Boylan) and prosecutor on the other hand are a different story. Rude and racist. My mom's attorney had mentioned that he did not really like coming to this courthouse. The judge was rude to my mother (Hispanic) but very polite to opposing party (Anglo-white). I can tell she did not believe me that my mom was ill and needed to reschedule( my mom passed away a few days later). Considering writing a formal complaint, this judge was rude, disrespectful and even the comments she made surprised our attorney. Both my mom and I have been Secaucus residents for over ten years.
