Plaza Pizza — Restaurant in Secaucus

I order from these guys at least 1x a week. I'm not going to be coming back anymore due to several bad experiences. I understand that everyone makes mistakes and I have tried to overlook it but the restaurant has screwed up my last 3 orders back to back. I order the same thing every time I order. I ask for a large pepperoni with extra cheese. The first time I got a broccoli and ricotta cheese pizza. The second time I ordered my usual I received a normal cheese pizza with pepperoni on half the pizza. It took almost 2 hours to get it after returning their mistake. The third time I ordered I received a regular pepperoni pizza without any extra cheese. I also ordered a 2 liter of soda and when it arrived there was NO plates, NO napkins, NO cups and it took over an hour to receive. This restaurant is 0.6 miles from the hotel I stay in and it should NEVER take an hour to get a pizza.

If you plan to eat here or get delivery then I suggest you check your order before paying for it cuz they will NOT reimburse you for their mistakes. This place has gone downhill and I won't be going back anymore. There are several other pizza places in the Secaucus area that do a much better job.

AVOID THIS PLACE! AWFUL SERVICE AND THE ABSOLUTE WORST DELIVERY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!

I recently visited this establishment and was absolutely delighted! First and foremost, I want to highlight the incredibly delicious food. Every dish was prepared with love and attention to detail. I especially enjoyed the Lasagna, which was simply outstanding.

Additionally, there is a very large selection of dishes here. The menu is diverse, and everyone can find something to their liking.

The prices are just excellent. This is one of those places where the quality of the food significantly exceeds the cost. The service was also top-notch – polite and friendly staff who are always ready to help.

Great place to go for a slice and a soda when you're in a rush. Not sure where the complaints about rudeness or customer service come from. There's no table service, you just wait in line and point to the pizza slice you want. Maybe they had a bad experience on the phone when ordering delivery; the place is very busy, especially on weekend nights, and they can be abrupt if you hem and haw and can't make up your mind. But the pizza is good. They offer a wide variety, including interesting mixes with things like buffalo chicken, pineapple, all-veggie, all-meat, or order a custom pie if you don't mind waiting.
