THE LOCK DOC — Local services in Sedona

Every now and again when you are working with a specialty, like locksmithing/safe repair, you come across a company that, a man who, is so knowledgeable, so incredibly assuring, it is beyond belief. So it is with The Lock Doc, so it is with Donnie. My situation was dire; my Champion Gun/Important Document safe, would not open; i was desperate. When i got on the phone with Donnie, he assured me everything was going to be OK, describing how the safe worked, how the problem i was having was common and how we would "fix" the problem. Next, is the most unbelievable thing; Donnie, over the phone, confidently "walked me thought" the process of opening my safe. I am not electro/mechanically proficient, but Donnie's, again, over the phone instructions, were so simple to follow, and "voila" the safe opened. We are going to "go for" a permanent "fix" for this "common problem" with the electro/mechanics (going away from the electro/mechanics to manual) being the common problem. When i was living in phoenix, i had the same problem with the safe and the "safe guys" came out and just installed a "new" device; this happened twice (and now the third time). Donnie/The Lock Doc is the first to offer a permanent solution; simple and amazing at the same time. And, what did Donnie charge me, so far, for his expertise? Nothing $0. I will pay, of course, for the permanent solution, but this is just great knowledge of how to keep a customer happy.

My expectations have been far exceeded!! Donnie is an incredible, extremely knowledgeable person that save the day over here at the Museum of Northern Arizona. We were having trouble with closing one of our Vault doors, it wouldn’t lock and I tried calling every locksmith in Flagstaff and none of them could work on vault doors and a few of them kept on referring Donnie’s number saying he’s the perfect man for the job. Couldn’t be more happy to experience such an amazing, positive, impactful experience. Donnie carefully did a talk through on the phone because he truly does care for the customers and didn’t want to charge for something that could of been easily fixed, especially someone’s who knows nothing about vaults or safes. Donnie’s explanation broke it down so smoothly that me and my co worker could actually understand and we are very grateful for that. We sent him a lot of pictures of the vault door over the phone we were surprised ourselves that he helped us find the problem and got it fixed and in such a quick manner too, in under 20 minutes no less. He gave us advice on some preventative maintenance and safety too on vault doors which I’ll remember for the rest of my life. Also real quick when I called him, he made sure the situation was safe and that no one was in the vault in case they got lock in on accident, which we are very grateful for that.
