10/27/24 -I’m gonna go ahead and update this review.

I’m not gonna lie. I had been boycotting this location for almost a year, today I had to go in to go recharge a battery and I must say I had the greatest experience with Thomas and Joe. They had such AMAZING Customer service a lot better than the rude white lady that I dealt with. I would give them 5 stars. Thank you guys for the great customer service and maybe y’all can teach Karen how to talk to people.

I like going here for the most part good parts and what not. But the one thing that really ticked me off about this place is the old white lady in the front. She’s always rude when I come in. I came in this morning to get a part and I told her good morning and what I needed and out of nowhere she was being all rude and pissy is the best way I can say it. At that point I told her I would go somewhere else when she was still being rude. I told her it was her attitude and I’ll will be going else where. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE:today 07/22/24 around 5:30ish pm ,My wife and I took a belt back without receipt we lost receipt within a couple days of purchase ,the young man at the counter was exactly the example of a awesome employee who cares about customers being properly taken care of he searched the transactions for that item and then explained everything and made sure we understood and got the proper tools we needed he could of blown us off since we were not prepared and made his job a little more difficult yet he smiled and told me not to apologize , I did not catch his name but If I had my own business he would be the type of employee that would help my company to be successful, it’s a long review but dang I was impressed by his service , and now days that’s a big deal , I hope advanced doesn’t sleep on this young man he’s BIG DAWG material with a GOOD heart that’s rare now days as so many only worrie about themselves, THANKS...

I came in to Advance Auto Parts to spend money on a battery. We’ll after the Abiud Sanchez told me the price of the battery I was a little hesitant to purchase. He assured me that it was the best battery for the money. I took he’s advice and purchased the battery. He offered to install the battery and I was shocked that anyone would offer that type of service. Abiud was extremely friendly and offered amazing guest service.
