I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your store. In hindsight, I should have checked the reviews before visiting, as they reflect the unfortunate reality of what I encountered.
I had the worst experience of my life, primarily due to the behavior of your manager, Wendy Hollis. I found her to be racist, rude, abrasive, and egocentric. I have video evidence of her disrespectful insults and attempts to intimidate me by calling the police. I regret to inform you that I spoke directly with the police, and I did not commit any wrongdoing. Your own security footage likely captures these events as well.
It is disheartening to see individuals like her in a store that presumably relies on the patronage of the Latino community. I am certain that with her arrogance and poor treatment, many customers will choose not to return. Not everyone will tolerate being shouted at or treated in the manner she displayed.
I will seek to ensure that my video reaches the appropriate parties. It is crucial that such behavior does not go unnoticed.

As I am in the dressing room Wendy Hollis comes and informs me in a rude loud voice âNO SHOES in the dressing room and who opened the door for you and only 4 item's!â I slid the shoes under the door told her I was not informed of the no shoes policy. And I only had four items in there as I am trying to put my clothes back on. I did tell her I didnât FâŚâŚ open the door myself!! As she was assuming I opened the door myself. At that point I was upset she was yelling at me as well. After coming out she proceeded to tell me I needed to leave the store.
