My daughter wanted to get some frozen yougurt at this establishment so we drove all the way from PA to get it . Immediately after we got back into the truck she said you should taste it … it tastes spoiled . I told her it was likely the flavor of the yougurt . I tried it when we got home and indeed it tasted spoiled ! I called them and told the it didn’t taste normal that it even smelled spoiled . The girl assured me that it was fine and that they put new product in the machines daily . I call BS because it was horrible tasting . I told the girl she should try it before someone else has the same horrid experience and she said she would later maybe that she was working!!! Seriously ? Then by this time my daughter felt sick so I decided to take some of the melted product ( BLACKBERRY ) so everyone knows , to let the girl smell it and “ they” 2 girls ( the one that answered the phone and the other one that had rude remarks in the background on the phone earlier ) , and she said it was fine . She even told me that it sometimes smells that way and other times it doesn’t. Well let me tell you , she snidely apologized with no meaning and NEVER once offered a refund or replacement . Beware and shame on them for being so rude . I’ve run and managed companies before and if it were my money and livelihood in their hands they would be terminated if my employees treated my customers the way I was treated ! You can change the way you act but you can’t change who you are . ...

It is such a treat for me and it's hard to find anything sugar-free as a dessert anywhere up here in the Northwest for some reason. Thank you for taking care of people like us.
