Great pizza, but the dirtiness of the eating establishment overshadowed what could have been a nice dinner outing.

$35 for a large pizza and two small drinks; this price tag came with dirty tables and paper plates. I used my own disinfecting towelette to wipe the table and seats because there was stuff everywhere, and all the tables were the same, some worse than others.

I saw one staff member wipe a table while we were there and even then he wiped half the table and didn't bother with the seats. Nobody bothered to come through with a push mop to clean the floors. And there was time to do this although it would have taken away from the staff's time to talk, which my husband observed while he waited at the counter for a to-go box since staff was too busy talking.

Dear owners and managers -- train your staff to have pride in the establishment that pays them a wage they aren't worthy of earning, or hire someone who is supposed to clean and do nothing but clean since the rest of the staff obviously doesn't feel it's their duty.

I would recommend turning this business into a take-out only service since cleaning isn't of concern in a post-covid world and it would save a lot of money.

Good pizza, just disappointing that a clean facility isn't considered important when it comes to running an eating establishment. But honestly, this is the status quo in Sequim, so I'm not surprised, just...

I'm back to update my review. While I wasn't able to reply directly to the owner, I appreciate that they took the time to listen and respond. Based on that, I’m adjusting my review. Thank you for being attentive to your customers.

I'm sad to be writing this review. We've had so many great meals at Westside in the past, but our lunch today was a huge letdown. The $13 Caesar salad had almost no cheese or croutons and came with a single packet of dressing. The staff told me this was a management decision, which is a real shame. The pizza was also tough and seemed old. After two bad visits in a row, it feels like the quality and value just aren't there anymore. We'll have to find a new place for our pizza nights. Option 3 (Short and to the point) Title: Downhill Fast Review: Westside has changed, and not for the better. Paid $13 for a Caesar salad that was mostly plain lettuce with a single dressing packet. Was told this is the new standard. The pizza was like leather. After being a loyal customer, I won't be back. Time to find a new...

Debated writing this not so great review as I'm not one to complain much, but after fighting off a stomach virus from their spoiled ranch for the past 48 hrs, I've landed on the side of saving other consumers from a similar experience. The staff were very friendly and quick in their delivery of our drinks, apps, and pizzas, which were all standard in their quality/large in size given the location and price (Chuckie Cheeze style setting but smaller and less glorified). I noticed the ranch dipping sauce cup they brought tasted a bit off.... I should have trusted my gut! A medium pizza, single side cup of ranch, and 12-16 hrs later...Writhing in pain, restless, and bloated all night long until 2 days later...No fun! To management, since I didn't notice any date on the small side cup of ranch, my advice is to institute a common system within the restaurant industry of dating everything your staff prepares...Even tiny 2oz containers of dipping sauce. Beware of the ranch!! Probly won't ever go to a Westside Pizza...
