I had brought in four practically new Eddie Bauer shirts, along with other items including two pairs of Dickies, one with the tag still on. I changed my mind on two of the shirts, and went in to see if I could get them back. They said they hadn't yet been sold, but I could not find them anywhere in the store, nor were they on the list of items I had brought in. Sketchy business practices. Don't consign here if you're actually expecting money back for your clothing.

EDIT: After I had posted an identical review on Facebook, I received a PM on Messenger saying that my inventory had been pulled and was ready to pick up. Fine, because I was going to do that anyway. I brought dresses for sale to the store. The dresses was sold. The total was $10. I came on Monday last week the customer assistant told me they will write a check after 8/10, I come on 8/12/24 the customer assistant told that owner is not here, they can not write a check without her. They told me that she will be on Tuesday, we live far away in more than 1 hour drive. Any way I called on Tuesday and ask owner if she can write a check and send by mail, she told they not do this any more. I have been in to collect for my consignments seven times in the last three months. In addition, I have emailed requesting payment. I have called and no one answers the phone. I have left a message with a hand written note and a stamped return envelope to no avail. I have been told 3x that Katie (business owner🙄) will be there on Tuesday. I have shown up and she has NEVER been there. One rude employee told me she's like Sasquatch and you may never catch her. I found this to be true. Fair warning don't do business with this place.
