We chose Don Fields Photography to video tape our son's wedding. Let me start by saying first through out the process Don answered all of our questions and seeing we live in Florida he returned all of our phone calls right away, even the day of the wedding. Don and Melissa showed up early and were in place before anyone else. They blended into the background , while still in position to get a great shot of the wedding. The video itself was beautiful. It was clear and bright and along with the video he added some perfect background music. Our whole family traveled to Tennessee from Florida and thanks to Don and Melissa our family will be able to cherish these memories for ever. Pros- our pictures turned out beautiful! Cons- we had no meeting or forms of communication prior to meeting them at our wedding at sugarlands chapel in gatlinburg (see review on this poor servicing venue), our wedding video was a waste of time and money, we were not promised to us what the venue promised us (again could be the wedding venue at fault), pictures sent to me took forever due to them using wrong email addresses, and prices were overpriced for service we received. Customer service is key to me when I'm paying for quality service out of pocket and it was sub-par. will not book photo sessions...

My wife and I hired Don Fields Photography for our intimate wedding gathering in Pigeon Forge on 9/9/23 and could not be happier with the outcome! Don and Melissa were both so incredibly helpful through the whole process and provided many helpful tips outside of the photography planning. Melissa showed up on our wedding day and orchestrated such wonderful photos for the 3 hours she was with us. Easy to work with and so pleasant and kind.
