Cato Fashions — Local services in Sevierville

I have to admit I loathe shopping for clothes.i know absolutely nothing about any kind of fashion because it intimidates me. I had to have a professional/ casual outfit for a wedding I’m attending next week. I walked I to Cato after already going to at least 7 other stores I was at my wits end and almost in tears! I asked a lady who happened to be the store manager for help understanding what I needed. Who would have thought that someone would stop in their tracks and put everything on hold and drop what they were doing to find out not only what correct size clothes you wear but go pull clothes and colors that is close to the colors you are comfortable with off the rack and have someone stay close to the dressing room in case they don’t fit or you don’t like them!! I not only left the store with what I needed but clothes that actually looked nice on me and fit me on the outside! I also left with my confidence a little higher and my heart a little lighter knowing there are some amazing people in this world! I will never in my life forget this...

I went in today and found Emma a sales girl she greeted me as soon as I walked in.My first time in the store she asked can I help you find something so I explained that I was job hunting and gained weight I need some interview clothes so we shopped she picked out some really nice stuff I bought a few and greatfully thanked her told the cashier and manager how sweet and how she helped they rung me up and out I went .The only problem is I was not aloud to try them on in the store so when I got home I tried them on and they are all to big now I have to use more gas to go back to the store to return them and still I have no cloths for a interview I think I will in the fucture shop where I can try them on before I purchase cause I like to try on purchases and never return I feel it's a waist of my time and money in gas to have to return anything but in this case I'm not working I need something that fits I need to try them on first. We were visiting for vacation. I love Cato and don’t have one local to us. This one was definitely not a disappointment. Came away with a nice haul amid new and summer outfits. We came close to closing which did not irritate any of the employees. There was a new manager in duty- who was super nice and helpful along with the other employee. 10 minutes before the eye were to close and with about 5 ladies to check out their registers went down and they quickly worked on getting them up and running and they were so apologetic that we had to wait a few extra minutes.
