The people in Books a million are very pleasant and friendly. But I went for the coffee I recently tried and fell in love with since my search said it could be found here. The barrister was rude, never once did he acknowledge us as he walked to and fro. So we went to the cashier at the BAM counter and she radioed in to him to ask and he said something very rude because she had to say "I didn't catch that", not to tip us off on the rudeness. Watching them trash the extra coffees after spending 10 minutes working on them was painstaking. I swear I went back in time waiting and normally I’m pretty patient but 30 minutes to throw some ice in a cup, pump a shot of caramel, pour espresso and fill it...
