⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5 Stars)
Atmosphere: This newer hotel, built within the last year, is spotless, modern, and packed with amenities. Everything is bright, fresh, and well maintained. The outdoor spaces are especially impressive — there’s a pool, barbecue area, fire pit, and a turf game lawn with cornhole, giant Connect 4, and a putting green. The lobby is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating, and there’s a market area for snacks, drinks, and quick meals.
Room: We stayed in a King Bedroom Suite with a separate living room area, which was perfect for three people. The suite included a nearly full kitchen (full-size refrigerator, Keurig, microwave, sink, dishwasher — no stove) making it ideal for both short and extended stays. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had dual entry from the bedroom and living room for privacy. The only downside for our room was being in the front of the hotel — the bright street/security lights shine into the room all night, and the curtains don’t fully block the light. True blackout blinds would fix this easily and make for a much better sleep.
Service: Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the pool attendant who went above and beyond to bring us an umbrella on a 100° day so we could enjoy the pool comfortably. Unfortunately, one employee we encountered in the elevator was noticeably unfriendly, avoided greeting us, and walked in front of us without courtesy — not what you’d expect from a Hilton property.
Amenities: Free breakfast, fitness center, business center, outdoor seating areas, game lawn, and a great location right at the edge of Pigeon Forge. You’re close to the Rainforest Zoo, Tanger Outlets, NASCAR SpeedPark, and plenty of restaurants (including Chick-fil-A around the corner).
Overall: I love this hotel and it’s so close to being 5 stars. The bright-light issue for front-facing rooms and that one poor staff interaction were the only downsides. My tip: if possible, book a balcony room in the back of the hotel for a more relaxing stay. Otherwise, this Home2 Suites is an excellent choice in...

Usually, I travel for work but this was a vacation with my family. We stayed 5 nights late May of 2025. Paid with points. Hotel had only been open a few weeks. It looked really good. It is the newest version of a Home2 Suites property. Pictures currently in the app are generic and not of this property. But that will change and the property is fine. Breakfast area is enclosed (first time I saw that at a Home2), Lobby is really nice with good seating to eat breakfast, Pool is outside and looks wonderful (we didn’t have a chance to use it), Grills and seating setup for outside relaxing and cooking was very nice, Room was exactly what you would expect at a Home2. Slept really good. Water pressure was amazing. Whoever is in charge of their coffee/tea service in the lobby, deserves a special shout out- better than any other Home2, that I have stayed in.||Location is in Governors Crossing. From Hurley take a right and the Walmart is directly ahead and you can turn either way on to the Parkway where most things are located. Take a left from Hurley and you can go the back way to Dollywood and avoid most of the traffic. If that is your plan- learn the route. Property is next door to the nice movie theater. I actually like the location, Sevierville is growing.||Breakfast was well done and as expected. Staff was wonderful and helpful. I know I am going to leave out some names but Nediera, Leah, Kelly and Michelle were excellent. Both of the ladies that work the Breakfast were first rate, didn’t get their names. There was a little snafu but The GM, Tracy resolved it promptly and professionally. So no complaints.||I would recommend this property if you are looking to spend some time in the area and want to relax. I...
