I arrived here with a party of 5 —3 kids and 2 adults— on a Sunday evening (New Years Day) at 10:40pm. When we walked in, I noticed a sign saying they are offering a limited menu due to staffing. We were then told it would be a 45-60 minute wait. We had left and went across the street to Walmart and came back. At 10:55pm, I got notification that table is ready, so we left Walmart and went back. We arrived and was sat around 11-11:02pm. The waiter came by at 11:06pm. He didn’t introduce himself, which will also be a pet peeve. We asked for kids menu and was given two. We all got waters to drink. I placed order for two orders of mozzarella sticks, which was $4 a piece. While discussing the menu options, we were told they were out of chicken tenders. The appetizer moz sticks came at 11:18pm. We then ordered. We got the 30 wings to split between 3 people. We also split up the sauces. We got 10 lemon pepper dry rub, 10 original Buffalo sauce, and 10 Parmesan garlic. We also got a large fries to share. I also ordered a Kids Mac and cheese and fries Along with a Kids boneless wings and fries. Food came around 11:38pm. The wings were delicious! I only had parm garlic and lemon pepper wings. I asked waiter about the fries. He checked and came back at 11:40pm. He then told us he forgot to put the order in and just did it. The fries came around 11:45pm. They were hot and fresh. I finished most of my half of the fries and we took the rest to go. One of my sons didn’t like the Mac n cheese. We left not too long after midnight. The service was good. We were really disappointed at the limited menu options though.

Can't speak for dine in but take out is horrible! I noticed when I got back to the truck that we were missing our ranches. I could see some sauce in the bags but it's wings. I ran inside to ask for the ranch and mentioned about there being wing sauce on the bag since the wings were in boxes laying on their sides (why would someone do that). I realized when we were half way back to our cabin (20 minutes) I should of asked for it to be rebagged. Honestly after 12hrs on the road I just wanted to get to our AirB&B. When we got to our cabin and we started unbagging we saw just how much sauce was spilled on everything! I guess it's a good thing we brought trash bags, utensils, paper plates and paper towels with us on our trip. Two of the sauces in the order were suppose to be Asian Zing and Honey BBQ. The Honey BBQ was definitely not that as it was SOOO hot. I don't mind hot as the Asian Zing definitely has a kick to it. Unfortunately I just can't wrap my head around how bagging was so hard, I paid online and left a 15% tip and was extremely disappointed. We did pick up from here last year as well and had to wait an additional 30 minutes past our pick up time for our food. When I mentioned BWW to my husband tonight to brought up last time which I figured a year later and not being busy it would be different. I know to never get take out from here again.

Stopped in for lunch with my boy Tony and ended up catching them their first day open after a remodel. This was hands down the BEST Buffalo Wild Wings I've had in a very long time. I'm picky about my BDubs, and the one back home in Brooklyn just doesn't cut it. Overcooked burgers, stale wings, etc. But here? MAN! Everything I ordered was cooked to perfection. I got the House Sampler and All-American Cheeseburger with fries, and my boneless wings and burger just sent me to heaven. Our server Ginny was a perfect hostess, and I wish every BDubs was as awesome as this one! I also liked the ample seating and open decor. Keep up the great work guys!

The only good thing about our meal was our server. Me and my daughter went there for lunch before our movie. They were not busy whats so ever. They served my daughters Buffalo wrap first and we put in our order at the same time. The Fries were dead and old I had to ask for "fresh fries". The new fries were still cold but I wasn't going to press it. It took 30 minutes after they served my daughters food for them to prepare a Smash Burger. And when I say they were dead they were dead. The manager just took off the burger and didn't do a table touch or anything during our wait. As a manager your presence needs to be in the kitchen or doing table touches to ensure your guest are happy. The young lady manager didn't look like she even cared. After the server got her to take my burger off because I refused to eat it due to my child being done with her food and we had to go, she had disappeared from behind the bar. She was no where in the front of the house. But I am sorry is this how you train your management staff? To avoid customers who have waited for their meal for over 30 minutes. She did not do a table touch or personally run out the late food. My experience was not a refection of my servers service but the service of the manager on duty and kitchen. My bill was 30 and I still tipped her 50% so she knew it wasn't her fault. But that manager needs to do work or it will continue to be a reflection of the restaurant. And as of right now the restaurant isn't worth the money period. And if she has been there for a while maybe you may need to retain and coach your lazy office manager. If she doesn't know how to handle conflicts with guess, then maybe you need to make her a host or dishwasher because she was useless. The stress on our servers face due to her lazy ethic was sad and I felt for her. I understand her embarrassment as an employee. I can bet her shifts are always this terrible. I'd love to see her comps and voids at the EOD. Train your people or hire new ones. Managers like her aren't needed and will hurt your business. Kinda pointless for a establishment to pay 45-55k for a unproductive manager. Lead your team or find a new job.Because even your staff is embarrassed of your...

I can only speak to what we experienced as we never got seated to eat:

Firstly, I felt bad for the employees. The entire operation felt disorganized and chaotic. There was, what seemed to be a manager, and one employee serving tables. I saw maybe two more employees that were kitchen staff.

We were greeted after about 10 minutes of waiting and told that the wait time would be around 20-30 minutes which was red flag number 1 as there were only 5 tables with customers and the remainder of the restaurant vacant. I could tell the waiter was not in the best mood and I could understand why.

So we waited for 20 minutes. Red flag 2 was when the manager came up front to check in other customers that had been waiting a while on a welcome to get them on the waitlist. There were two other parties that came in and never were greeted and left before the manager came up front. She cashed out another two customers that were leaving and they were vocal enough about their experience that I was able to overhear their complaints: they had been waiting for their food for over 30 minutes and never received it. Typically, you would expect someone in a service industry to profusely apologize for something like that but it seemed to be nonchalantly handled and not acknowledged. She then took a call and was explaining to that customer there was no bartender at this time. That confirmed my suspicion of them being grossly understaffed and unable to take care of customers.

Red flag 3 was when I decided to check out the other reviews here on Google which were vastly negative and I wish I had read before we tried to eat here. We left after waiting about 25 minutes and not receiving any other communication from the staff.

Overall, it was a pitiful experience, in that, I felt for the employees as it seemed to be a super stressful environment and that this was not an atypical day for them. The fact that this has been going on a while and remains unresolved is strange because I’ve never had an experience at any other Buffalo Wild Wings like this at all. Hopefully the leadership staff can resolve these seemingly persistent issues for the sake of the business and...

*updated 12/28/23---service still stinks. Got there at 5:08 (food should be done at 5:10)....was at the counter for 15 mins before someone acknowledged I was standing there. A manager came out on the phone and about 6 employees saw me there and said nothing. There were at least 6 parties of people waiting to be seated and about 20 open tables and none were seated until I had been there about 15 mins. Finally after 20 mins of waiting I am brought my food...20 mins after it was supposed to be ready. This place has really gone downhill.

For one the website says curbside...and they DON'T offer that here.

Places our order and had an order confirmation they said order would be ready at 8:30. Went in stood at counter, a young man came out followed by a young lady. She then. Proceeds to tell the man maybe you can understand the person as I can't (meanwhile the phone line is just sitting on the counter) the man goes to grab cleaning supplies and she says that's mine you can't have it (talking about the rag) because someone has already taken my tag twice. He grabs the cleaner and walks off. Meanwhile neither one has acknowledged the fact I'm standing there. She then stairs at me and still says nothing. I then say I have a to go order and gave her my name. She goes back and then comes out and says its not back there you have to wait on my manager. Another person comes in and is told the same thing. A manager comes up about 5 mins later, makes absolutely no eye contact and says name I gave her my name and she prints the receipt and says I will go see if they can get this put together for you. Again still no eye contact. Finally the food comes out. No thanks for coming in, no have a good night, nothing. Finally received my order at 8:40pm. They were not very crowded.

They were very rude and not personable at all. I understand being short staffed but that is no excuse for not being polite and making...
