Roma Table is a fairly new restaurant located right along the Strip near the Sevierville–Pigeon Forge border. It’s easy to access with plenty of parking and offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The atmosphere is casual with an upscale feel — clean, spacious, and modern. The lighting is warm and inviting, with stylish touches like gold pendant lights, teal leather booths, and wood accents throughout.
There’s also a full-service bar that serves as the centerpiece of the space, and large glass windows let you look right into the open kitchen — a nice touch that adds transparency and a sense of freshness to the dining experience.
The outdoor seating area is enclosed with screened netting, which keeps bugs out while still allowing fresh air to flow through. It gives you the feel of being outdoors without the annoyance of insects — a thoughtful feature that sets this place apart from most patio spaces.
👩🍳 Service: 5/5
Our server, Klarrissa was excellent. She was friendly, engaging, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — even sharing some personal stories and making casual conversation that felt genuine and unforced. She was attentive throughout the meal and clearly enjoyed her job, which made the experience even better. If every restaurant had a Clarissa, the world would be a better place.
🍽️ Food: 4/5
We shared an appetizer and entrée, and everything was satisfying and full of flavor. • Appetizer – Provoleta: A rich, cheesy, three-cheese dip served hot in a skillet, topped with fresh tomatoes and herbs. It came with toasted bread for dipping — crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. This was hearty, flavorful, and a highlight for cheese lovers. • Entrée – Chicken Parmesan with Rigatoni: The chicken was breaded perfectly, crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside, topped with a layer of melted cheese. The rigatoni pasta on the side was tossed in what tasted like a creamy vodka sauce — this ended up being my favorite part of the meal. The sauce was well-seasoned and paired beautifully with the pasta. • House Salad: We ordered it with both ranch and the house dressing (a creamy Italian-style). While the ranch was decent, we definitely preferred the house dressing — it had a nice tang and complemented the fresh greens and shaved parmesan well.
🔸 Areas for Improvement:
The only real issue we had was with the host stand. When we first arrived, no one greeted us. A younger male employee, possibly a teenager, came and seated the couple behind us without ever acknowledging us. He didn’t say hello, didn’t explain that there would be a wait — nothing. We actually considered leaving. For a restaurant with an upscale feel, having someone properly managing the front of house is crucial.

✅ Would I return? Yes — the food, service, and setting were strong enough that I’d absolutely come back. Just hoping the greeting experience is improved for...
Read moreI’ve been hearing great things about this place and finally came into town to try it. The look is totally different from the TGI Fridays it used to be. It’s open and bright and fresh looking. Our server, Anita, was fabulous. She seemed excited to be there, she was knowledgeable, and she had great recommendations. Everything we had was delicious. We started with the zucchini, and I wish I had ordered a second order to take home. My husband and I split the short rib with mashed potatoes and the mushroom fettuccine. The short rib was amazing. The mushroom fettuccine had a little too much truffle oil for my taste, but it was still good. I liked the italian dressing enough to order a pint to take home. The sangria was excellent. Enjoyed so much, and I would definitely go again.

We recently chose Roma Table in Sevierville, TN, for a work dinner and were thoroughly impressed with the experience. The restaurant offers an elevated Italian dining atmosphere, perfect for both professional gatherings and casual outings.
Appetizer: We began with the Zucchini Parmesan Frito, featuring parmesan-breaded zucchini fries accompanied by marinara and lemon aioli. The fries were crispy, flavorful, and set a delightful tone for the meal.
Salad: The meal continued with a fresh house salad, dressed in their signature creamy Italian herb dressing. The crisp greens and vibrant flavors showcased the kitchen’s commitment to quality ingredients.
Main Courses: For our entrees, we selected the Lemon Chicken Scallopini and the Prosciutto Fig Pizza. The Lemon Chicken Scallopini featured tender chicken breasts in a lemon-wine butter sauce with artichoke hearts and capers, served alongside garlic mashed potatoes and roasted squash with tomatoes—a harmonious blend of flavors. The Prosciutto Fig Pizza, topped with fig jam, prosciutto, goat cheese, arugula, and a balsamic glaze, offered a unique and delectable taste that delighted our palates.
Service: The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing our dining experience with their professionalism and warmth.
Overall, Roma Table exceeded our expectations with its delicious cuisine and inviting ambiance. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking exceptional Italian dining in the...
Read moreUnfortunate Update: Grand opening must be over. Let me start with, if you do go, ask for **, she is 5 stars all day long. Very friendly and attentive. Now the bad news. After our first visit, we were so impressed. I wrote our initial review on the way home. We told friends and family and couldn't wait to go back. After about two weeks, we took the hour and a half drive from Johnson City to enjoy this gem again. WHAT A LET DOWN. We both ordered the same dish. My wife had the bucatinni, a $24 pasta dish with shrimp, scallops and lobster. She loved it last time! This time she looked through it to find the lobster. She literally found ONE small shredded looking piece of lobster, much smaller than even a small shrimp. When she showed it to our server, she said she'd bring it to show them. They sent her back to tell us that the entree is pre portioned with one ounce of lobster, and she could either buy extra lobster, or pick another dish. #1, that was not an ounce of lobster. #2, they sent the server out to give the reply, and a manager never even came to the table to follow up. I guess the calamari is also pre portioned, because it was also a fraction of the portion we received on our first visit as well. So unfortunately my impression is, grand opening / the honeymoon is over. Now it's let's roll as many tourists through here as possible and who cares if they come back or not, they don't live here. Well we do, and we talked you up like crazy. But that pendulum swings both ways. As much as I wanted to still talk up the server, I've now left her name out, just to make sure this doesn't cause a problem for her. The new 3 star rating for service is for the restaurant's response to the situation, and not the server.
Service was awesome. **** was friendly and attentive. She was training * on his first day, and can already tell he's gonna be great. Meals were delicious. Definitely a step up from chain Italian. Wanted to try something different for our anniversary, we saw the extremely positive reviews for this place, and they did not disappoint! We will be back. It's so easy anymore to find restaurants that earn negative reviews time after time. It's so nice to walk away and want to write a...
