Fuddruckers — Restaurant in Sevierville

I’m a local, and I’ve been here pretty often so at this point, the review is warranted. The experience is consistent in being subpar, and it seems like management doesn’t care because they never address anyone’s reviews that all consistently say the same thing. The food is good most of the time.. some things are definitely overpriced. $4 for a handful of fries is a bit ridiculous, and the upgrades on the burger aren’t worth it. The people working here look so unhappy.. like everyone is frowning. I can count on one hand of how many excellent experiences I’ve had. Daintrea has rang me out multiple times, and I’ve not had a single good experience with her. I always greet with a smile and never ask for anything. I always leave tips too. I work and live nearby, and another employee had recognized that and told me to ask for the local discount when I come in. Daintrea seemingly got mad about that and it seemed like it was an inconvenience for me to ask, and said they won’t give it without my ID.. but no one else has ever asked for one so I didn’t think to bring it in. At this point, I don’t even ask her when I come in just so I don’t have to deal with more attitude than what I’m getting just from being there. I’m not stressing on the discount really, but it’s just the tone about it. I’d also like to add that the restaurant is ALWAYS dirty, and the bathrooms are out of a horror movie. The men’s stall doesn’t even lock. I try coming here on my lunch because it’s close and convenient, but I usually wind up wasting the entirety just waiting on my food so I can’t eat my food. I get hopeful that it’s just a rough or busy day, but so far it’s happened every single time. I’m writing this review after once again wasting a whole lunch break waiting 20...

This place gets you a fuddrukken good burger patty, on a delicious bun that will withstand even the messiest toppings on it, and you get great flavor from both.

Apparently you order your burger with cheese or other cooked toppings, and then once you obtain your prize you swarm the cold bar which has fresh tomatoes, lettuce, even pico de gallo for those who are feeling like having a party.

You can add on breakfast to your burger with bacon and eggs, as well as caramelized onions to make your breath extra fresh.

They've allegedly got good shakes, I'm lactose intolerant and didn't feel like having a party at home, so I opted out, but if I could buy a dozen of their buns I would never need to go grocery shopping again. And guess what? You can. They have a bakery where you can grab dessert and the rest of your bread shopping for life.

Banging fries and decent onion rings, gotta say it's fantastic.

There is an arcade vibe to go with it, and got to say the 25c gumball machines get you some decent bouncy balls to throw at people. Additionally there's this bike racing game that someone didn't know how to work, and kept putting money into, so it racked up to like $12 but the kid was just happy watching the advert while balancing his life and lunch on the bike.

10/10 best burger chain found since koving to the area, will stuff our faces again.

Only thing is you partially serve yourself, and the volume of screaming children can be like a cheese grater on your teeth, but...

I have to give this Fuddruckers five stars for all the positive visits I have had in the past, but I also have to write this review to warn others to verify their order before paying. I always get the same thing here, a pound burger with fries. Their pound burgers here are amazing! They make their own huge bun, and the pound burger is one complete patty. The only Fuddruckers that still does this! However, I usually also order food for my mother. This time I was alone, though. I always use a flyer from the little travel booklets for 10 percent off, so what happened was partly my fault, but also partly the worker's fault. I decided to get a pound burger combo this time, since I was alone, but the worker charged me for a half pound combo. The worker also did not give me 10 percent off for the flyer coupon. I did not realize this until my order was ready, and the burger was smaller than normal. I then checked my receipt and saw what happened, but by that time it was too late. My fault was not realizing thar the price was lower than it should have been, but I didn't think about that since I was just ordering one meal. I paid without confirming the order. However, it was also the worker's fault for not giving me the ten percenr off. This is an awesome place just make sure you check that what you are paying is correct. This was a very disappointing visit because I look so forward to their pound burger setup here. But, I will definitely be back because of how delicious...
