I’ve been going here for 3 1/2 years with my kids. Before my first visit I saw this post about Toddler Time. It advertised $12/ hr for a toddler 5 and younger and a parent. I called before I went to check if the details were correct and they said yes. Now I have a 4 yr old and 2 yr old and a few times I have come with both since my 2 year old could start jumping only about 6 months ago. Every time they would say the same thing at check in “all 3 jumping?” And I would always say “yes we’re doing the toddler time”. Then I would get charged anywhere from $10-$15. A few weeks ago I went and a young girl was checking me in and she was going to charge somewhere like $25 and I asked about the Toddler Time and how we go all the time and get charged much less. She swore that toddler time was for 3 year olds and younger and I just mentioned that the manger himself has charged me toddler time when he would be the one checking me in and I remember he was one who charged just $10. Then she became argumentative and said she was putting a flag in my notes. I let it go because that was still pretty cheap for us and my boys enjoy going. Well today we went back and they lost a lifelong customer. As I checked in a different guy asked if all 3 were jumping and I said yes we’re doing toddler time. He told me they no longer do toddler time and he said “my manager just talked to me when he saw you come in and said if she’s going to want to jump she’s going to have to pay.” He was going to charge me $32. First of all, the flag in my note was aggressive and I went home that same day and found the post saying that toddler time was for 5 and under. My oldest son is 4. So they lied about that. Then the fact that the manager was so rude and sought me out acting like I have been rigging the system just because no one knows how to charge for toddler time. I found out today that 2 yr old and under pay just $4. So with the $4 and $12 toddler time I should be charged $16. Not that hard to figure out. Second, I do not jump. I follow my 2 year old to make sure he doesn’t get hurt. I have never jumped. I was treated like a criminal today and I would have paid the $16 or even $25 but from now on I will go to Knoxville to avoid such rude and dishonest employees and...
Read moreThe place was a lot of fun and there was definitely a lot to do, but I think 2 hours was too much. The reason for the low rating was actually the staff. They were all on their phone and paying no attention to anyone. This led to several kids being put into dangerous situations or hurt in front of us and there was no staff to help reconcile or prevent issues. Not only were they all on their phones and ignoring guests completely, when we did speak to them they were rude and seemed annoyed to have to do their job. We asked one young man to do the spinning wipe out machine for us and he rolled his eyes and came over to do it. He played on his phone the entire time and then made us stop after one round because he wanted to go sit and play on his phone. They yelled at my younger brother about not having tennis shoes on instead of politely asking whether he could go put them back on. Beyond just being disrespectful and rude, they were actually encouraging an (extremely badly behaved) little boy to break the rules and be mean to other guests. He even tried to fight me and my brother. They let him have his football back after he threw it at an older woman playing with her grandkids and nearly hit her in the head. He was climbing up the slide and jumping off of platforms that were clearly not meant to be jumped from. They watched and laughed and put other guests in danger. Nobody checked any of our waivers and we later realized that two of them did not get submitted. Also, we had two minors with us and nobody checked that parental consent or waivers were given. After spending about $150 to go today, I was wildly disappointed with the experience. I think it could be a great place and it seems to have everything a family would need to have a good time, but the customer service is...
Read moreShort version: I definitely recommend! Great for kids of all ages, affordable, excellent indoor activity option for a rainy or super hot day, clean bathrooms and friendly staff. Convenient location near back roads, shopping and several restaurants.
**Make sure to register and complete your "waivers" online before you arrive to save TONS of time! Having to wait in line to use their computers to do waivers for everyone in your party can take a while depending on how busy they are and I can assure you that your kids will be bouncing off the walls begging you to hurry hurry hurry since they can see all of the fun from the registration desk🤣 Once that's done you just go to the main counter to choose the length of time you want to purchase, pay and receive your socks and color coded wrist band and you're all set.
We are local and come here every couple of months to let our three children play. It's affordable and all three kids love it which is a rare find with their age range (8yrs-22m). Staff has never been less than friendly and the bathrooms have always been well stocked and clean. My only suggestion is to revamp and add to the downstairs portion for the smaller kids, it's also very dark down there when the sun starts setting so adding a little extra light would help make it look more inviting I think. Extra perk for the parents.... They even have massage chairs so you can take a break and relax while your husband/significant other chases your bouncing kids for a while. AND as if that wasn't reason enough to love it I can almost guarantee that your kids will sleep/nap great after...
