I did a mobile order, 2 Frappuccinos. The app said 21-25 minutes before it would be ready. When we arrived, they were swamped as expected, which isnât a problem. Itâs why I did a mobile order. I glanced over just to double check and didnât see my order. Waited about 10 minutes and they never said my name... walked up closer to the mobile order counter and behind where you could see from a normal standing point were two beverages that looked like mine, but the labels were not facing out. I asked one lady behind the counter if she could tell me the name on them, she looked right at me then at the beverages for at least 20 seconds and then just walked away. So the next person that walked up to sit something down, we grabbed his attention and asked again, he said it was my name and handed them to us. My husband said âyou should turn the names out so people can see themâ the employee just looked at him and turned and walked away. We took our drinks and hit the road. Got a mile-ish away and I took a drink, it was not a Frappuccino, it was flavored water. We are on our way back to KY and it was so crowded that we werenât going back.
I should also mention that I watched I can only assume was a manager get nasty with another employee in front of probably 25 customers, and all the employees. That same manager rolled his eyes at a customer when he handed her mobile order and she pointed out that she was missing an item. Management makes your employees... he needs an attitude adjustment. Itâs no wonder all of the employees looked miserable. I rarely write a bad review unless itâs deserved... and I wasnât going to write one today, but I kept thinking about how miserable all of the employees looked.    Read moreI came to town to visit family and made the horrible mistake of coming to this Starbucks for my morning coffee. My experience here was hands down the worst customer service I have ever received at Starbucks (or maybe anywhere honestly.)
I have about 5 years of experience in customer service positions and my previous job was actually a certified barista trainer at one of the busiest Starbucks Cafes in my state. The fact that I have trained a silly amount of green beans (new baristas) is what pushed me to actually write this review.
My wife is a current partner with the company and we went to get our coffee and the person working PoS was rude from the beginning of our interaction. When we ordered and provided my spouse's partner numbers for her discount is when things worsened.
The partner's ineptitude with the PoS lead to them messing the process up and proceeding to treat the two of us like we where stealing from her personally. She failed to apply to discount and on top of that applied the money from my SB card to the total and proceed to very rudely insist that that was the partner discount.
I tried to explain her mix up and was promptly interrupted with a dirty look and her telling me "That. Is. The. Discount."
This customer service was abysmal from anywhere but the fact that it came from the company who wants to promote a "Third Place" is laughable.
Next time I come to visit my family I may just drink pond scum instead of coming to this location. It would ruin my day and leave the same taste...
   Read moreThis single star review is purposely only for the manager everyone else at this location is amazing and does the best job that they could under her management. The managers name is Janet and she purposely goes out of her way to make coffees wrong then whenever you try to ask for correction she gets an attitude and is very hateful. I feel sorry for the staff whenever she actually decides to work. Jessica on the other hand is amazing and definitely deserves a management position over her. She goes out of her way to take care of each and every single customer that comes in that door. Now this review might seem biased or opinionated or you might even think that we are a single time comer, but in reality we come to the Starbucks every single day and normally we have a good experience because Janet isnât there, but the day she is there our coffee is always wrong and thereâs always an issue, so please Starbucks take time to review who you let manage your teams and if you need a suggestion, I suggest Jessica . The coffee we get really isnât to hard to make and the sad thing is the only person that ever jacks it up is your MANGER!!!! Of all people your mangers should know what the heck they are doing. Itâs obvious she doesnât care. Sorry for the rant. But please whoever owns this Starbucks either retrain her or demote. Itâs not fair to your staff who is under her or the guest...
