GameStop — Local services in Shaker Heights

Went there for a Pokemon card drop and they didn’t have any supply. Manager kept saying we needed to preorder in the future and then sold preorders to the first few people there.

Stopped by after a hair appointment to see if they had more stock now. 2 employees there. One employee stands right behind me and watches me the entire time I am there. I go to the counter and pull up my pro account and the other employee exclaims “you’re a pro member?!” A couple walks in and they do not watch them. I drove by on my way out the pavilion and they continue to not watch them. This was so sketch. I won’t be back.

They never have supply. They are rude and they stand and watch some people in a store that is open concept and small enough for them to see patrons from the counter.

Please go to Target or Walmart instead. I’ll be cancelling my pro account...

I went into GameStop and purchased 2k19 the 20th eddition and the person i purchased it for didn’t want it so i went to return it 5 days later. The game has never been open but GameStop refuse to accept my return and give me my refund. They claimed i opened the game but neither one of the associates checked the inside of the box to see rather or not the CD case has been opened. I then later went to another game stop to try and return the same exact game and they accepted my return with no issues after opening the box and seeing that nothing has been touched. My advice is to choose another game stop with better...

Store had an allocation paper on front door for journey together this morning saying like 90 something sleeved packs 2 3 pack blisters 16 etbs and after waiting outside for 2 plus hours they said they had no stock at all worker said idk why that sign is up I didn’t close last night, worker was very un happy and acted like they did not want to be there when asked why there was no journey together by customers said I don’t know I didn’t close so I didn’t out that sign up very un organized and cause for a very un happy experience...
