Verizon — Local services in Shaker Heights

After lengthy procrastination, I finally stopped into the Shaker Heights Verizon store while walking from Ace Hardware to Heinen's. There's a door bell for access & a sign declaring a maximum of two customer parties at one time. I was lucky & stopped by when there one other customer. Not sure if appointment scheduling could be implemented, and completely understand reasons for limiting the number of persons.

Objectives were to replace my current phone & straighten out my Verizon account which bad been converted back to a consumer account, after being corporate for almost ten years. Matthew was very helpful & able to update me to a better plan, along with completely setting up my new phone, and equipping me with all the necessary accessories (I travel a lot). Please don't buy any phone online and get them shipped to this location they are scamming and will take you phones up top , I ordered a phone and went to go get it and the lady Stephanie lied and told me I couldn't get my phones then confirmed that I picked it up and I never received my devices , she was rude and disrespectful and didnt want to help to get my phones even tho she told me they had them in the back , now I'm out I'm down payment money...
