East China isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an assault on the senses in the best possible way.
The Hot and Sour Soup hit like a warm punch to the face. Sharp vinegar, bold pepper, rich mushrooms, and tofu that melted like silk. It didn’t whisper flavor—it shouted.
