Chali Tea Shop - Authentic Fresh Boba Tea — Restaurant in Shaker Heights

Chali Tea Shop is hands down the best boba place in town for me. I like boba milk tea with strong, fragrant tea, creamy milk, and that perfect chewy-but-soft boba texture — this place can delivers.

I got the classic milk tea with 50% sweet, and it was nice. The tea is fragrant — tho my psycho self honestly hope it even stronger (lol). The milk is creamy enough. They let you adjust sweetness, ice, and offer plant-based milk too!

The shop is super cute, the service was quick, and they even have a bathroom for customers. I also tried the raspberry mousse — fresh, slightly sour, and sweet. Prices are fair for the quality. Totally my go-to...

Super cute place! My bf and I went there this past weekend. I’m fairly picky about my milk tea and personally, I don’t think it was for me. Maybe I should have gotten a basic milk tea. I got the matcha brown sugar milk tea. It was too sweet even at 50% less sugar and had a sweet artificial smell. The boba was good though. Their fruit teas also look very tasty and refreshing.

Beautiful renovation with cute and modern styling. Lots of easy to read menus with a big variety of drinks so there's something for everyone to try. Homemade desserts looked amazing. Also small packages of treats good for smaller kids or a sweet snack on the go. I ordered the signature black tea with tapioca pearls. Tapioca was chewy but not tough. Black tea was delicious!
