On a wonderful day, this was THE WORST restaurant experience I have EVER had. Female employee was UNBELIEVABLY rude!!! - for NO REASON! I was ordering 6 foot longs for people on my job and she was extremely dry ( but I don’t so much mind that ) but I had more than 1 so she seemed irritated at that - to start. I had the written instructions for each order. One sandwich was a Philly cheesesteak. She asked what cheese ( which I thought they come with a standard type of cheese) I asked her to put whatever a cheesesteak usually comes with. She asked did I want sprinkle cheese ( which I was confused by) but I again said “ whatever is usually used”. She started snapping, and put cheddar and other sprinkle cheese- so I asked what’s the issue. You don’t have to take that tone on a beautiful Friday. She said “ I don’t care what day it is!” I replied “ it must be hard carrying so much negativity “. She proceeded to fire more attitude & with all the sandwiches on the counter- I said “ what am I doing- I’m not paying for sandwiches and definitely not attitude!!” Not to mention she was swiping on her phone WITH GLOVES ON WHILE making the sandwiches. I think she thought I couldn’t see - watch video if you have it owner! This store won’t be open much longer with this service. I went to a different location leaving the negativity where it came from and the other location was clean, had GREAT service and were actually happy to help. Give good energy/get good energy. This location at Shaker Town Center is one I- and no one I know will continue to support. Especially with 100% BETTER SERVICE not far up the street! I will be sure this information is spread effective IMMEDIATELY!! This experience was SHOCKINGLY disturbing with undeserved attitude and THE WORST SERVICE. She almost ruined a great mood! The owner needs to know this is what he/she has happening in their establishment when apparently they’re not there. This employee will cost you your business!!! She already wasted plenty of product as the 4 of the sandwiches were loaded with meat and that went to waste. Owner, what are you doing letting this type of employee run your business into the dirt?!? You ought to investigate and review criteria for quality employees. Read moreI ordered on line...I had the american club with Italian bread and bacon on the side..I get there after app said 802..I got there at 827. The gentleman starts making my sandwich and towards the end I noticed my bread was not Italian or bacon on side. I asked the gentleman where is the bacon and stated that is not the bread I requested. He states they were out which is fine, but I should not be able to order if not available. Also my ham was missing on the sandwhich which he corrected with no issue or attitude so applause to him and he gave my bacon on the side as well. My issue with this store is there is always something. I'm 48 and enjoy all types of music, but do not feel there should be vulgar music playing in a business establishment with kids, and older folks that are older than me. Don't get me wrong, 2 songs were okay, but the others after that had me clutching my pearls and down right SHOULD NOT be played in a work place. Above and beyond disrespectful. Will not return and would like my sandwhich made as requested. I have video of the music being played as well. OWNER....Please correct issue with my sandwhich and play decent music...
