Ashley Stewart — Local services in Shaker Heights

I really love the new Ashley Stewart call in chagrin Boulevard. I used to go to the one on Lee Road and I loved all of those sales person there also. Kind of sad that I don’t see any of them at the new Chagrin location. I wonder where those ladies went. They were very nice and kind and always helped me with anything that I needed. My most recent experience is when I wanted a particular item off the manikin, and there were only two workers. At first, the associate didn’t feel like she could step up to the task being that it was only two workers that day, and the store was quite busy, however, she and I managed to lift the manikin and take the pants off and I was able to purchase what I desired. Kudos to her!!!! She was very accommodating and kind and I appreciate that. I encourage anyone to go and visit the Chagrin store in the future and you will get great service there and you will be happy with the items that you receive along with great customer...

The people who work there were not helpful, never acknowledged me, and one was on her cell phone most of the 40 minutes I was in the store. The prices are extremely high and for that you would think they would pay some attention to the customer. I will not be going back. The store was on my way home, but I will definitely drive another 20 minutes in the opposite direction to go to...

Last Saturday me and my cousin visited to this store from Pittsburgh, PA and it was well worth the trip. We felt welcome from the time we entered the store until we left, the customer service was impeccable.
