I'm a local resident. Seems I've always have a project/issue going on. (Like most people do.) When I walk in, it doesn't matter which employee helps me, they're always very attentive, courteous and knowledgeable! I explain exactly what I'm working on and what needs I have . They lead me to the items I am looking for. They've never led me wrong. I don't make the trip to Shallotte to Home Depot or Lowe's. Awesome customer service. They took the time to listen to my issue, then found what I needed. I made several trips, each time very friendly and helpful. Very large selection of inventory. They r so nice in there! My mom had locked her keys in her car and we went to see if by chance they sold Jimmy sticks.
