ALDI — Local services in Shelby Charter Township

This Aldi sucks now!!! It used to be okay with a young man who was working almost every day and he wasn't get hired as a manager...I for one told another manager and several other people told as well that this young man needs more then just an average employee...Now this young man only works Saturdays because Aldis was treating him bad. Gi Gi is a another awesome employee works her butt off. Now...They hired a blond lady don't know ow her name but she is very rude and act like she security or something. She was re- scanning everyone who was in self check out. She said she had to become people have been stealing merchandise. Okay that fine but don't hold up a person who only have grocery item...People are on a schedule and your holding everyone up. I have been a regular customer since you all opened and this is just sad the was she was treating people. I now am going to another location if I even continue to shop at aldi being that I was late for an appointment which was all for nothing. Several other customers said...

I have three things to comment on here: Not everyone wants U-Scan Change your U-Scan system so you don't have some German woman yelling at you that you are going too slow!!!!!! I had one item, scanned it, put it on the other side, and by the time I reached for the other item, I was getting yelled at by your machine! When you have a lane open (with the light on so you know it is open) with a real live cashier please make sure that said cashier is actually there! In Engligh, we have a saying that goes along the lines, "the lights on, but nobody's home."

I'm sure ALDI will not rapidly change anything to address these. They do have some great 'finds' and their prices are lower then the other grocery stores around the area... but, long before the 'forced' U-Scan machines, they still had some great 'finds' and their prices were still lower than the other...

Very nice Lil wine & all flavors thz one is good though I wish ALDI Would bring back the ♥️previous CHAMPAGNE Aldi's offered 'dry & regular' it was Obviously Good because Aldi's couldnt keep it on the shelf until they didnt! If Id only known! I bought often & I stocked up a 2 months with 30 bottles not knowing it was not coming bk. U couldn't beat it for family celebrations coming that year @ $4.95 a Great price for a one toast Birthday Wedding Anniv or Mimosas & ingenious "Twist off" the top & it would POP just like the ones u need the gizmo! Good price bt taste was great! I did track it down will check it out & see if it's available to ship to home! BIG MISTAKE...
