First and last time shopper after today’s experience. Came in with my two young children and could tell the staff was immediately annoyed having children in the store. We browsed a while and I saw they had select candles for $5. So we picked our favorite scent out and went to check out. It rang up around $10. So I asked the cashier (an older 60+ woman with short hair) about the $5 deal. Her snarky, eye rolled response was “only summer and spring scents over here by the sign” and proceeded to talk to me like a child and show me which candles were $5. I was so appalled at her customer service I told her I didn’t want to buy the candle any longer. I would have paid the $10 if she would have politely told me the candle we selected wasn’t $5. So my family leaves and I see her put the candle back where I picked it up from as if we were messing up the store by taking one candle off the display. Our family will never...

I had never been to a Kirkland before and may not again. I was please with here prices and merchandise. However, when I got to check out the cashier was extremely rude. It was an older woman with a short hair cut and blonde highlights. Didn’t not say hello to me during the transaction or speak to me until she said “cash or card” in a very rude tone and when I completed my payment just said “here you go”. Absolutely horrible...

I love Kirkland's although yesterday I wasn't happy with management. I saw a garden flag i was interested in. They only had a display. No bag, no stand. I inquired if she would sell it to me at a reduced rate as it was missing pieces. She just said no. She could have been more friendly and at least explained their policy.
