Nice Starbucks. Good staff. Friendly. Beware though! The customers that go here are cringeworthy. This will be the 3rd time in a row I’ve watched a customer raise their voice at a teenage person working the register. Has lots to do with the demographic of target shoppers in this area. I don’t understand how it’s possible for me to stand there waiting to even be acknowledged for 20 minutes but it happened today…people have to go to work and don’t necessarily have time to wait that long for a drink that takes less than 45 seconds to assemble. (Yes, my order is that simple-Iced Matcha Latte) The only time I honestly get good quick service is when Jim is there. Everything is perfect when he’s there & he goes out of his way to make customers happy. If it wasn’t for him, I’d probably just go to a different location farther away...

Stopped in today to pickup the free Holiday cup with purchase. I purchased my Caramel Brulee and Cranberry scone. When it was ready I asked about the free cup. They said they ran out this morning... I asked I'd they had a voucher or something to bring back or take to a different location and they said they weren't allowed to. There were 2 of the cups sitting off to the side but I wasn't allowed one of those either. The least they could have done was posted they had no cups or said so when the order was place. DISAPOINTING...
