AT&T is absolutely the worst service provider on the planet. I had not upgraded to fiber yet and they yanked the cooper lines from my neighborhood on June 2, 2025 leaving me with no TV or internet. Then on August 21, 2025 they withdrew $98 from my bank account with a debit card they had on file. I did not authorize this withdraw, nor should I have been billed to begin with. The bill was for service from 6/13-7/12, which was non existent since they pulled the lines out on 6/02. After spending 30 minutes on the phone with customer service, the best they could do was issue me a refund, via a prepaid Visa or Mastercard, that I have to wait for 30-45 days to receive. So in essence, AT&T STOLE $98 from me and are now making me wait a month for reimbursement for their mistake. Not to mention every customer service rep is apparently in India and damn near need a translator just to converse. Will never do business with these...
