Read moreFor years my family and I have rented and purchased suits, business suits, and clothing at Mens Warehouse. The staff is very professional, courteous, and caring.
After this last transaction though, this place will NEVER, receive another cent from me or anyone I know.
This past weekend my son and I rented a suites for an event this past Saturday. We just returned the suits this morning two days later. Upon returning the suits at around 11:30 am I was informed there was a $20.00 late charge applied for each suite, as I started questioning the way and how, I noticed the five gentlemen behind me were also surprised of the late fee.
To demand a suit rental be returned the next day after wedding out of town is nothing more then a mouse trap for extra charges.
The rental was already $247.00 to size, fit and alter. Then another $20.00 because it was not brought back the very next day. Of which I was not informed, though my paperwork stated as such. This late charge is nothing more then setting customers up for failure at to increase unrealized revenue streams.
$20.00 won’t make or break me, but this will hurt your business in the future...
Read moreDO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION. The customer service I experienced here needs to be addressed at the highest level. You walk in and no one speaks or acknowledges you here. Secondly, while I stood near the customer service desk discussing options, 3 associates stood next to us talking and never asked if we needed assistance. At this point I’m trying to figure out why so many associates are at work if they are not here to work! I then had to ask two different men for help because they would abruptly answer questions and leave, like we were bothering them! We were even handed an iPad to figure it out on our own. I be damned if I ever spend a dollar at this location! I do not recommend this location, the location off of 99 will continue to receive our business. This location needs to reinforce their customer service training or do a facelift with their staff. I can tell from previous reviews that this clearly is an ongoing problem that management could care less about fixing. Once again, I would not recommend this place to a funeral home to bury a body with. The deceased gives better customer service...
