Buckle — Local services in Sherman

Had the BEST experience here today 🥰 Quick backstory- I hate jeans shopping. It’s been a nightmare since I can remember. So, generally I avoid it until I can’t anymore. Well, I recently lost some weight and my old trusty denims couldn’t be trusted anymore 😂😂 With fall weather approaching I figured I should start trying to find some jeans that fit, and that I didn’t hate to wear -now! 🤷‍♀️ Wasn’t really even sure where to start. But I hadn’t ever been in buckle so I thought I’d give it a whirl. I am SO glad I did! When my friend and I walked in we were greeted by Jamie, and she made my shopping experience a dream. She, by some kindof fashion magic 🔮knew my size (I didn’t even know my size!), asked me a few questions about my style, and proceeded to bring me jeans that not only fit PERFECT, but also felt great. I felt like I had my own personal shopper 💁🏻‍♀️ She made me feel right at home in a place I had never been -and I left feeling more confident about myself than I have in a long time.I will definitely be returning to shop...

I never write reviews and I’m giving this location 3 starts because I love Buckle clothing and the store was very nice! But I went in yesterday with my two kids and everything I picked up to buy the women took up front to the register and the first time I figured it was because my hands were full so I actually appreciated it! But then every time I even had one shirt in my hand she asked to take it up front it came off as if she assumed I would steal something? I’ve never had this experience at another Buckle location or any other store it made me feel awkward and uncomfortable. I ended up spending over $300 on the items I wanted and next time will probably choose a different...

I love to shop at Buckle. It’s the only place I buy my jeans & shorts! I have always been lucky enough to see Bri when I go into the Sherman location. Bri has a smile every time with outstanding customer service. She always takes the time to help me find whatever it is I am looking for. The right size, fit, style, etc. even if it’s not at her store, she makes sure I get what I am looking for. I look for her instantly knowing I can simply describe what I want and she will find it. I always leave happy! “Thank you Bri for the excellent time and care you give and for always going above and beyond! You definitely show what “Good Customer Service”...
