Old Navy — Local services in Sherman

Our visit was one of necessity today but a little frustrating. There were sales signs in several locations for 75% off "select items" but the items literally in front of the signs weren't on sale. And we couldn't find anyone to explain what, was.

There was no one to help in the dressing room area when we first arrived. And when she finally came back 10 minutes later, she wasn't any help at all.

The women's jeans were well stocked, but the mens jeans, weren't. None of the sizes were in any kind of order and we spent 10 minutes trying to find the right size.

Finally, we had what we needed and checked out. The cashier proceeded to shove over $300 of clothing into one single bag. This meant the shoes we bought were crushed when we got home and the handle on the large plastic bag ripped on the way out to the car, so it was a scramble to pick up the clothes we had just bought from the dirty parking lot ground.

Next time, spring for two bags Old Navy. Trust me..at those prices, it's not gonna...

I will never go in an old navy again. To begin with no one speaks to u in there. The signs and prices are not clear either but the worst part is they DO NOT stand by their products. My sister and I were buying for our grandkids and I saw children's shoes and the hanger said size 10 so I got them thinking one of them could wear them. Well its turns out no. None of them could even get foot into them cuz apparently they were size 4 NOT 10. When I went to exchange them the clerk was inspecting them with a fine tooth comb a d literally found very small smudge of dirt and called manager I guess who claimed they could not accept this return. First off it was really embarrassing and was ridiculous cuz that smudge may have been there before I bought them when others tried them on. Second off I have never ripped anyone off. To say the least I told them just to keep the shoes and the other stuff I had...

Was very upset I watched while 4 other guest be asked if they needed assistance then had to be told we count our items to go in dressing room which wasn’t an issue BUT DO ALL YOUR GUEST THAT WAY BOT JUST a selected few then none of the signs was in the right places let alone sizes wants mark right which never bothered me but the whole profiling me just ticked me off and I STILL SPENT $80 in there I will record my dealings with...
