Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Sherman

If I could give them no stars I would. I booked a Birthday Party for my daughter in December for January and was told I could change the reservation to accomodate how many people I had coming which didnt happen and when we went in to discuss this with the manager he said they had over booked and laughed and stated at least I could have a party. He gave me a table for 8 kids when I had 15 kids and 27 adults coming. There was no room for anything. They delivered flat soda and I was constantly chasing down someone to help me. The pizzas were late and one was brought at the end of the party. When it was time to light her birthday cake it was last minute and no one was around because we had to chase our guests which were placed all over the restaurant. Then they kept bringing me the wrong number of things that I ordered and I had to keep chasing them for those things also. My family friends tried to order beer and the person in front told them it would be 30 minutes because they had other orders. Chuck E was not resonsive when my daughter approached him and she contnually tried taking a picture and I dont know what his problem was. From start to finish there was not one thing that went right and the manager laughed when he made the comment oh were the guest able to fit. I had family that traveled from out of state that didnt get to enjoy all our friends and family because they were sitting in the entrance. This was not funny at all and my daughter stated this was the worst birthday she had! The party also started late but best believe at the end time they were quick to kick us out and had us the bill. DO NOT HAVE A. PARTY HERE NO ONE TAKES REPONSIBILITY AND THEY DO NOT MAKE IT EASY AT ALL BUT ARE QUICK TO CHARGE YOU! This was THE WORST experience i have ever had. They ran out of tickets, most of the machines were broken so we were jipped on tickets and coins. We asked for help froma girl with a dark blonde/light brown braided pony tail and she was so miserable looking she shouldnt have even been around the kids. She told not just me but half a dozen other people that she was busy and just walked off even though she was standing around doing nothing but look rude. One guy went out of his way to run around and help us, i believe he was a manager..blonde guy, shorter..he was really nice. When we first tried to go in, the hispanic girl at the door refused to let us in for my nephews party because they were "full" but 3/4 of the tables were all open. I asked if i could give my newphew his present at least and she tried telling me no until another girl came over and let us in and apologized. My point is that i will never come back here EVER again. Most of those rude employees need to be fired, and they all have crappy attitudes. Not a single one of us out of probably 30 people were pleased. All the counter employees were rude and grim, and everyone else was too except for the one boy i mentioned. Fix this please! When we got there @ 6:45 7:00 with 4 adults 2 children ages 2 n 11. Ordered 2 pizzas 4 drinks 100 play point on the military discount bravo package. Saved about $35 $40 I think. This was the only positive about the whole visit. We find a table got a few beers drinks for the kids and we started playing games. I kept checking for the pizzas and nothing. Oh I failed to mention when we paid the manager said they'd be closing at 9 for the foreseeable future. Most of the games were out of tickets so management had to refill them for us. Knowing we need to leave at 9. I looked at my watch at 8:20 and noticed the pizzas were not at our table. So an hour and 20 mins on an Saturday night and NO they weren't busy at all. I asked the manager about our order and she said they got stuck in the over so they had to remake them. So we had to wait longer. So we did just that. And we asked again about 15 mins later and finally they were deliver to our table. COLD AS ICE!!! So we sat and ate our pizzas and cashed in our tickets got some prizes and left about 9:05. The kids had a good time and that's all that matters but WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!! WORST VISIT TO ANY CHUCK E CHEESE EVER AND I've been to some c.e.c. in some pretty sketchy...
