Final Update – April 2025: I finally paid them off. It’s been a nightmare paying for something I returned in full. I’ll never recommend this store to anyone. Please do your research before shopping here.
January 2025 Update: Still making payments. I can’t wait for this to be over. I deeply regret ever walking into this store. They absolutely take advantage of unsuspecting families.
False Claims by the Company: Their claim that I signed a contract is completely false. I never signed anything, which means I was never shown or agreed to any return policy.
They took the product back — after multiple calls to customer service — but still tried to charge me $749.00. In total, I’ve paid $250.00 for a product I returned. That is not okay.
Shocking Experience: They finally refunded the $749.00 — but I still have a pending balance. At least they’ve finally made an attempt to do the right thing. I’m shocked, but somewhat relieved there’s a step toward resolution.
Ongoing Disputes – October 2024: Dispute denied. I am still being charged for products I returned. These people are scam artists.
I’ll continue to update and report this to the Better Business Bureau. I will keep posting reviews until this is fully resolved.
New Charges – October 2024: Now they’ve charged me $1,016.00 in “restock and delivery” fees — on a fully returned product. This is disturbing. When my husband returned their $249.00 mattress protector, a store employee asked,
“Is your wife too scared to come up here?” What kind of professional says that? I wasn’t “scared,” I was at work — trying to earn money to pay their ridiculous fees.
Product Quality – Awful: The Sleep Number bed is the worst bed I’ve ever slept on. They promise, “the best night’s sleep,” — but I’ve never slept worse in my life.
You can’t return the bed for 30 days — and those 30 days were miserable. They say, “You just need to find your number.” No — the only number I needed was for customer service to take the bed back.
Broken Adjustable Frame: The adjustable frame arrived broken, and they refused to take it back. Now, they’re sending someone to “fix” it — but that doesn’t make up for the terrible experience.
Even the Dog Knows: Our dog Chance never used to sleep with our son — now he does every night. Even the dog knows this bed is a joke. Funny? Not really. 😩
Summary: This company has shown terrible customer service, unfair billing, and dishonest sales tactics. They’re charging us for products we returned, lied about contract terms, and treated us disrespectfully.
I’m still making payments and will continue to update until this is fully resolved. Until then:

It was my day off and I basically had just rolled out of bed and stopped by to try the one I thought I wanted out before dragging my husband kicking and screaming in there, so I was expecting a “Pretty Woman” type experience because I sure didn’t look like I was in the right place. It didn’t matter to D’Anne. She treated me respectfully, took her time with me and told me everything about the P10 sleep number bed. I had researched the beds for a long time and knew what I wanted but had to convince the husband. I left with my quote and brought my husband back after he got off work. He asked her a million questions and she answered each and everyone knowledgeably and with great patience. She worked really hard to get us the best deal on the bed we wanted along with accessories, bedding and pillows too. In my opinion she went above and beyond. This lady clearly understands the concept of making a lifelong customer. One that will continue to return to buy those high dollar sheets and pillows for years to come, even after her bed...
Read moreVery friendly and kind salesmanship but was not informative enough on the pros and cons of the half vs full split beds. The feet warmers are horrible on your heels. Sheets are extremely expensive and not very soft. The bed is uneven...feels like a blow up mattress. You can not sleep next to your partner without being very uncomfortable with the half-split bed...the crack is very wide...your shoulders fall into the crack if you sleep on your side. Hate to be so negative but for us an almost $10,000 dollar it bed ought to be very comfortable...it's not!! The delivery service was poor. They set it up wrong and that was one reason the bed was so uneven...the first year we had the bed it was a nightmare. Had to come and re-service twice after that. The two stars are because the store staff was friendly and they will come back out to try and fix problems...but who wants problems?? Ordered new sheets....just opened...
