Dennard's — Local services in Sherman

Some of the staff are not very friendly. Sunday, we went to purchase 2 pairs of boots and thought they closed at 7pm. It was 6:45 and the gentleman at the door said, "Sorry, we close in 15 mins", and wasn't going to let us in. So, I told our group lets go down the road to Boot Barn; they're open till 7pm. Well, that triggered something in ginger, because he said, "NO, don't go there!" and decided to go ahead and let us in. It was a 15min shopping trip and we're in/out quicker than some guy who was in there previously shopping! I'm just glad I don't wear western boots so I will never have to deal with Dennard's door...

We usually only go for boot barn but I was next door and decided to get my son some boots and to look for my fiancé some clothes.. everything was fine until I started looking around and letting my son try one boots. The workers were following me and whispering like I was going to steal. Maybe bc I went from child to the men’s section? Like y’all don’t shop for you significant other or what?? I ended up putting the boots up that my son picked out and wanted so bad and just left then informed them I was about to buy them but since I’m being followed like I’m stealing them my business will...

i went in looking for jeans and left extremely happy! i’m a 6’0” female and as you can imagine it’s hard finding jeans that are long enough and even remotely cute. however, they had a large variety of jeans that were long enough and super cute. also the staff was really nice and even gave helpful feedback when i was trying things on. would definitely recommend going to the dennard’s in sherman texas if y’all are looking for cute...
