KFC — Restaurant in Show Low

We ate here on Sunday afternoon about 1:30 and ordered the buffet. There was no chicken and no mashed potatoes on the buffet. We waited for awhile and they finally brought some original recipe, but there were no breasts. My husband went up and asked about a breast and the employee said it would be 14 minutes if he wanted one or he could get an extra crispy, which he did. My husband managed to scrape about 2tbl of mashed potatoes out of the container. They never did fill it up while we were there. The only other thing on the entree side was green beans and some bread pudding that had been there for awhile. The Cole slaw was very runny. My husband found black olives in his chocolate pudding. There were dirty tables everywhere. It looked like they were more interested in filling regular orders than keeping the buffet supplied with food. The cups they gave us for our drinks were about 6-8oz in size. I asked the employee about that and he said that was all they had. The worst thing though is that several hours later I became very ill and was vomiting everything I ate. Needless to say we are not going to go back. I have been to this KFC location before, it has been good till my last visit. When we get coupons we think what a great deal! Not in this case, when we advise the drive through individual of our coupons they took them but did not apply it to the cost, we were charged full price for a 10 piece bucket of chicken which was $21, with a coupon it should have been $14.99. we also order a Mac and cheese bowl which barely had any mac and cheese in it, this was to be $4.99 (with the coupon) an was charged $10.99 needless to say way more than expected to pay. When we called the store, a crew member stated the manager Mark stated nothing he can do about it after the transaction was completed. The manager disregard the fact that his crew did not have the manners to correctly apply coupons that were presented at the time of purchase. Nor did he want to even attempt to correct the issue. Literally paid over $30 for 10 pieces of chicken. Bad business when it comes to the customer and even attempting to make things right. Beware for those who use the coupons for this KFC location check your receipt and make sure they apply your savings. Otherwise not worth your hard earned money for such a little bit of food. I quite literally feel like I was just pranked after having gone here. We went through the drive thru. We had just pulled up and asked for one moment and had the server repeatedly say 'hello?' in the 30 second period it took for us to be able to relay our orders to the driver. We pull up, pay, pull to the side to wait for the food. Our order is brought out and there are no utensils. When we asked, we were rudely told there were napkins (because yes we can eat cole slaw and macaroni with a napkin?). She rolled her eyes at us then said she would be back. When asking, we clarified we needed 3 sporks. She returned with 2, got upset again, then brought us a third. Like I understand food service sucks but I don't believe we were out of line for asking for utensils (we are in town visiting and thus have no forks with us). The name on the receipts in our bag (2 receipts neither of which were ours?) for the cashier was Ashtray... Which is unfortunate if true. So.
