Mountain Mobile Computer Services is AWESOME! I've owned my business up here in the White Mountains for the last five plus years. Just like any other business, technology and computers are an integral part of what I do everyday. I tried other computer services here and there, most were very slow to respond, only responded 8-5, or simply couldn't get the job done. When my system goes down I'm stuck and my business grinds to a halt. I first met Pete and Pat from Mountain Mobile Computer Services several years ago from a referral from my receptionist who said they were awesome, when we had major problems with our server. Literally we were on the verge of losing all our data when our hard drive AND back-up crash simultaneously. Pete came in, told me not to worry and that they would handle it. This was during the Christmas season so I left it in Pete's hands and went and enjoyed the holidays with family (I'll note that while I was enjoying my holiday vacation they were taking their holiday fixing my computer issues…pretty amazing service) . When I was on my way home I admit I was a little hesitant that maybe I'd be returning to a huge mess because of my past experiences with other computer service companies. To my relief Pete greeted me the morning I got back to the office and told me it was all fixed and all the data had been preserved. He told me how they had spent the last week extracting the data through a tedious and painstaking process, that they had done it twice just to ensure they had to two good sets of data, and that they had rebuilt the server and built in new back-up protocols both on-site and off-site to ensure we were always covered in case this happened again. I can't tell you how unbelievably valuable this was to me and how absolutely pleased I was with their service.These guys are amazing! They really went above and beyond to help me out. They understand that business doesn't wait and getting systems up and running is the #1 priority. They have been servicing my entire office network for more than 3 years now and have literally stayed up all night at times to make sure I was running the next day. I am always amazed at the depth of knowledge that Pete and Pat have and how they can literally solve almost any issue. From simple virus removal to complex networks, they have done it all for me. I am so happy I have found an absolute gem of a computer company in Mountain Mobile Computer Services. I 100% recommend them for any of your computer needs. You won't be disappointed...

Decided to go here to get a computer built on a Friday. The woman technician was very unpleasant. She seemed very angry by the fact I wanted a computer built. She told me to call the next Monday to schedule an appointment, so I did. I call, she's unavailable. I give my information and told she will call back. Waited about six hours so, I decide to call. Luckily, she answers. She knows who it is immediately and seems irritated. You know, basic long winded exhales with the added sound of "uhhhhhhh".

Good thing, I wouldn't want someone handling a computer I paid a lot of money for. Took my business elsewhere and it's safe to say I wouldn't step foot in this shop. I would rather look up on YouTube how to build a computer and do it myself.

I recommend you exhaust all your resources on finding any other technician on this mountain. This unpleasant woman lost a customer for Mountain Mobile Computer Services and I'm glad the bad experience happened before my computer was built and not after. Who knows what kind of terrible things this exasperate woman would have done to my computer.

My mom is 93 and in Assisted Living nearby. I live in Maine. Her facility changed the wireless ID and Password, so my Mom's wireless phone modem was going to stop working. I called these wonderful folks and they said they could change the setup for me to keep the phone working. They even worked the house call in to their very booked schedule to be sure my Mom did not lose her phone service. Everyone I talked to was cordial, helpful and knowledgeable. They got back to me. The Technician was very kind and worked through the changes on the modem reassuring my Mom everything would be fine. I can't thank the team enough. Don't hesitate...
