We spent nearly $6,000 on furniture, and while the delivery was quick and the crew was polite, they rushed out so fast I didn’t even realize they were finished. Shortly after they left, I noticed some chips in one of the table legs. Disappointing, but I brushed it off.
Then I saw that the dresser mirror wasn’t installed correctly. It’s shifted downward and you can see the backing board behind it. On top of that, three small nails were driven straight through the front of the wood. I called the same day and was told the service department would contact me. A week passed with no response, so my husband called and spoke to the store manager. We were told the same thing. Now it’s been nearly two weeks, and still nothing.
To make matters worse, the delivery team didn’t even unwrap the chair cushions, and one has visible spots on it. For the amount of money we spent, the lack of quality control and customer service has been incredibly frustrating. We expected much better.
Update: I changed my review to 3 stars because I was contacted shortly after posting, and someone came out the very next day. He filled in the chips on the table leg and is hopefully getting the mirror issue taken care of soon. We absolutely love our furniture and even have our eyes on another piece to purchase soon. The lack of communication at first was disheartening, but we really appreciate the attentiveness and professionalism Mr. Stillman showed once the issue was addressed....

I was buying barstools and I always check over furniture when I'm buying , on my first trip it took several stools to find one that didn't have the wood splintering or the fabric on the cushion having issues, they were too tall so I had brought them back for a different size bar stools ,they asked me to drive around back to pick up when I looked around my car there where nails and large staples in several areas around my car and I had just gotten new tires so to say I was a little up set with that and then the man that was bringing out the bar stools was very rude as I was checking over the bar stools ,if I'm paying for something I should have the right to check it over because I'm not going to pay these prices for messed up furniture so BEWARE and check your furniture out here before you...

So we bought it. We were told we would have to pay multiple delivery fees because some peices are not in stock, which is not our fault. Then when our table arrived it wobbled. When we called to ask them to fix it, my wife got nowhere. So, I had to call and threaten to dump the stuff in their parking lot to get someone to come and access, repair or reorder.
