Southern Maid Donuts — Restaurant in Shreveport

I called this location to place my order so I wouldn't have to wait, asked to pay over the phone (which I had previously done) was informed that their policy had changed & this was something they no longer could do. Which was fine. When I walked in there was a customer being helped so I kindly waited for someone to assist me. When the sweet girl asked me what could she do I said 'I'm here for this order then the worker that took my order started talking about me as if I was there staying 'girl gonna say I'm here for this right there and can't just walk in sayin I'm here for the call in order. I then calmly said 'I was waiting for someone to assist me since yall are busy'. She then told me 'we can't read minds we don't know why you're here.' I completely understand having a bad morning but this customer service is completely unacceptable. I was understanding on the phone conversation thinking we all have bad days but this woman was just flat rude and going out of her way to let everyone know. If I could leave a negative star review it would be -10. I cannot find the owners number or managers number so I am leaving my...

We have tried them all. From Krispy Kreme (shutdown) to Dunkin Donuts (worst donuts and worst customer service experience I have ever had). There is no outshining SOUTHERN MAID DONUTS..now having been to all the Southern Maid locations and getting great donuts but bad service at all BUT THIS LOCATION...The sweet girls that work in here, the sweet man making the donuts in the back, ALL THE EMPLOYEES HERE ARE FANTASTIC, to go along with the best donuts in town...I have another location close to my house and as I type I'm driving across town just to get donuts from this location because the customer service is WONDERFUL!! First we waited for about 5 minutes before hollering out hello. The person there was outside smoking and didn't even know we were in the store.Drove all the way there to be told they were out of glazed doughnuts asked if he was making more and he said no lol and that it would take him an hour and a half to have some ready.
