I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this location. Or in my book Kimbrell's at all. I was an Arrons customer for over 10 year. I was referred by a friend to Kimbrells and it was an awful experience. I did purchase one of the cheaper livingroom packages. It came with one of the cushions sunk in. I had it about 8 months before I even sat on it because it was in a room I didn't allow anyone to sit in. When we did, it was twice a week for 1.5 hrs for private therapy sessions. The chairs started coming apart. The pictures I emailed to the siler city location claims manager, didn't justify seeing them in person. Due to covid she explained no one could come out. After going back and forth. She told me new chairs were ordered and would be coming. It would take months due to covid. But they would call as soon as they arrived. I never heard anything back. Today I called to follow up. To find out the chairs were never on their way. They at first didn't even acknowledge a claim or even talking to me previously. I told the manager her email that I sent the pictures to. She said well since it's been so long you have to call the warranty department and see what they say. The claim was filed before I finished paying for the furniture under the lease insurance agreement. I told her for them all to be blessed because I had been lied to enough. Read moreIf I could rate zero stars. We went in three times during the Labor Day sales as we were comparing quotes. The first two times we were told that the coffee and end tables we wanted were $727.00 which matched every other company including the company that makes them before the 20% discount. We also were told of same day delivery. We went in there and it appeared everyone was always helped before us no matter what. We go ahead and say we were going to pay cash and wanted protection on sofa and loveseat. They charge are card and they had increased the price of the coffee and end tables. We showed them were the price was and then they said well we have been moving furniture and it was incorrect even though it matches the price from the manufacturer. Also they tried charging us $68 on a protection plan for an end table that was quoted at $189 which we were going to do. We also get told not same day delivery but 4 weeks. We told them to do nothing until we talked to corporate and then we would decide on our order to cancel or not. Next thing we know the manager took it upon her self to cancel the order yet our card is still showing the charge. We want our money refunded to us ASAP. We will never purchased from you all. The lady would not even get up from the table to try to help me or show me anything just pointed me in that direction and when I came back to ask a few questions was very short and very rude I walked right out of their store into Kimbrells. I was greeted with a smile when I walked through the door I was asked what can I help you with everybody in there was so very helpful I have been back three times to get other items every time I'm treated very well they know me by name now and it feels like I'm dealing with friends I would recommend this location...
