Having a real hard time giving these guys 1 star, but the last month or so the service has been terrible enough that I have considered pulling alot if not all of our pending orders. They have messed up my account, then assured it was fixed then it wasn't..took weeks for them to get it fixed. Have spent more time on the phone getting orders fixed than actual orders being placed. Then, they shipped the wrong item then asked for them back and my item is now on back order because of this and they don't understand why we are upset. I think they put a credit if $10 on our account that means absolutely nothing to me. The frustration has reached an an all time high. Never had a company make a mistake, then ask for it back, them my order is now on the back burner because of this and $10 is supposed to make me keep all my pending orders. Just not happy with the "customer" service lately and will be ordering from other suppliers from now on......update: called to.place an order today and once again they addressed me as the wrong name and still have obviously not fixed my account as promised...what the hell is so damm hard about fixing an account correctly? The kid I called was absolutely clueless and somewhat rude on the phone...will be thinking about even putting this order trough.... absolutely annoying that they just can't get ot right!!!....update, so as the promise to get better and address stuff...they continue to get worse, even shipping completely wrong items! And even better. They won't respond to emails asking what's going on even when they are addressed to Angie or other managers! This place is really turning into crap and I suggest shopping elsewhere as we are very close to canceling most if not all our remaining pre orders! They just don't care and do nothing when something does go wrong! Just terrible!
Update: so there guys continue to send damaged items claiming mint guaranteed...if not the want to give you a small discount. Hello? Inbox collector here so your lil discount is not worth it. Also, after several pre orders were cancelled,months later costing me the chance to order elsewhere that was in stock at the time, ends up screwing me over cause it's sold out everywhere! This company and its customer service are absolutely atrocious! And Angie does not do a thing for you btw, she acts like she listens and give off attitude like your bothering her. We will be shopping elsewhere from now on. Avoid wasting time and money on EE and do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. These guys are constantly screwing over collectors! They deserve a -0 rating that's how...
