Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Simi Valley

Food not as requested again for the third time in a row... this time I ordered at one of the kiosks and specifically put lettuce wrap, no salt/seasoning (for a medical condition) on the burger just a plain burger patty and to add avocado which you pay 2.49 extra for. Asked for no salt on the fries as well. Everything on the order receipt was correct. Got it to go and when I got home, burger clearly seasoned (looks like salt and pepper on it) no avocado on it, that again I paid extra for, and fries that are obviously salted when it was clear as day on the order not to salt them. Why put the options on the screens if the cooks are not going to follow them? Also, asking for a tip on checkout for a fast food place? Its a fast food place NOT a sit down restaurant where you are being served. The price was 21 dollars for a double char with drink and fries which is the same if not more than an actual restaurant like chilis where you get an appetizer, burger and drink for 16 dollars right up the street. Why should I subsidize wages for your company when min wage for fast food places are 20 an hour and the cook staff cant get a simple order correct? I will stick to chilis or In and Out from this point forward, better price, same wait time and my order is...

A great burger place, this is the only burger place to me that makes a lettuce wrapped burger presentable. I get lettuces wrapped burger elsewhere and it's usually done horribly or falls apart after the first bite. I place my order through their app since the website wasn't loading properly after I put in the zip code. I got the Double Double Charburger with chesse combo. I like that when you do it through the app, you can ask for extra tomatoes. But you can't asked for light ice on the drink. My time was estimated to be ready for pickup in 10 minutes after they just open. When I got there, the parking lot had many open spots. I walked in and told them my name for my order but it wasn't ready at the time I was given so they asked that I wait outside and they'll call out my name when my order is ready. They have a speaker set up next to the door so they'll announce your name. It took about 5-6 minutes after my pickup time for my food to be ready. My drink wasn't filled all the way to the top (darn covid so they fill it up for you) and they only give me 2...

This location has continuously made some really big errors on my take out orders. The issue I have is the lack of care, the lack of proper apology and handling of matters.

Last time, last straw… it was an $12 dollar burger with too much mustard that it wasn’t edible and you can’t exactly wash that off. No phone number to call and management acted as if they could care less when I went in and complained about it

They literally don’t care and neither does corporate because I wrote them and nothing, They probably pass it along to the management that doesn’t care is all I can figure.

If you have a business at least have a phone for communication because that to me sends a message of non accountability
