Stopped @ Walmart to grab some chocolate milk. Today is 5/23/21… All I wanted was some chocolate milk. What they had was expired by about three weeks but still on the shelf. I bought some Orange Juice instead and stood in line for over 20 minutes because they only had two lanes open and I got stuck behind someone buying at least a dozen gift cards. I would have just left but I was thirsty so I had already started drinking the juice before I realized I was going to be stuck in line. I refuse to use self checkout because without exaggerating at all, I have literally never successfully used self checkout at any Walmart without it seizing up and making me wait for an employee to come and help me which means I then have to wait for the employee to get done helping all the other people who have the same problem before they can help me. The only reason I used to shop at Walmart was because I could grab a box of ammo with my groceries. The customer service has always been terrible and that's just accepted due to the price and convenience. The scales of convenience have tipped so hard now though that the price isn't enough to justify it

When you need something right away and the closet store is Walmart, it became a life saver for me. I was eating some Carne asada tacos at work and I got a piece of meat stuck between my teeth. It was irritating and I didn't have any floss around so luckily I have a Walmart across the street from my work office. The parking lot is huge so you won't have any issues finding parking. When I walked in, there a greeter by the door and I was able to find what I was looking for right away. I went to the self checkout because I only had 2 items. Their machine was kind of slow but I was able to pay for my item and leave. There also a person watching the exit, I guess to be a lookout for theft. I was in and out within like 5 minutes. I wore my mask and everyone I saw had their mask on as well.

I went to the store today to purchase Gran Turismo 7 for the PS5 today after seeing it for sale online at walmart.com. The employee at electronics told me he could not price match the item that's online. Then he told me that I would have to purchase the product online and pick it up the next day when it's ready because people might steal it. It didn't make sense because the product is locked up. I then called the store requesting to speak to a manager to confirm this. I was on hold for some time only to be told by the operator that no one was answering the phone. She then said she would text them my information to get a call back. I couldn't wait, so I went down the street to the Target on La Tierra rd. Target was able to price match the game with no issues. Do better Walmart!

Went into walmart like I normally do to cash my check and when arriving to the counter, not only was I not greeted, but also was basically being ignored while the cashier Tammi was having a conversation with a manager that was working next to her. It wasn't until Tammi needed my current address when she finally acknowledged that she was helping someone, and since my currently NEW address isn't the same as my formal address on my ID, I told her to use my p.o. box address which I use to receive all my mail. Tammi and the manager that was with her first tried to say that my ID was expired since they saw that it expires this year. I told them to check a little bit more thoroughly and they'll see that it doesn't expire untill December of this year, therefore is still valid. It seemed like they didn't like me correcting them, because after that I got nothing but a condescending passive aggressive attitude. They both told me rudely that I can't use a p.o. box address. I told them to hang on a second while I look up my NEW address on my phone because I told them that I didn't remember my NEW address of the top of my head due to the fact that I just moved into a NEW place, and also am just used to using my p.o. box adress, So while I star to look up my address that I put in my phone, Tammi condescendingly said "NO, you should know your address" and said "normal people know there address off the top of their head and that there's just something fishy about that. I said that's normally true, but not if you just moved into a new place for only a couple of weeks and are used to using a p.o. box address. They then said I now have to show proof that I live there. I replied "why do I need proof now, and not when you asked me to give an address off the top of my head". I said "you can't prove I live at whatever address I give you anyway, so why all of a sudden are you acting like I'm not the person on the ID and why are you trying to belittle me for not knowing my NEW address off the top of my head". They obviously wanted to make sure to make it an inconvenience to get my check cashed. There was no reason for them to all of a sudden ask me for proof of where I live and insinuate I'm all of a sudden trying to pull a con and act like I'm not not who I am in my ID because my new address change and I didn't update my ID yet. I guess that it's too far fetched not remember your new address lol All I can...

Auto service at this location is a mess. They've got no idea how long a job will take and no idea how to do it right. Went in to get a battery changed....and added an oil change to service order.

  1. I knew that I needed a battery. (AAA had tested it when they came out to start the car), nonetheless, the girl on the counter insisted she would not sell me one until her mechanic tested it. Apparently my service time was extended because the shop didn't know which battery to install....so they just waited for the sales staff.. I had to intervene and tell the sales help to send the battery I wanted out to the service floor.

  2. Pushed to up-sell an air filter...told her no that I had changed it only a few months ago. Seemed unwilling to take no for an answer.

  3. When I received my car back (1.5 hours, not the 45 I was promised), it was hard to start and idled rough regularly missing cylinders. On opening the hood, both battery cables were loose, and only finger tight. Had to hunt down the mechanic to remedy this...all the while insisting that it wasn't his fault. (seriously? He's the one who changed the battery)

  4. Got about 1 mile away from the store when the check engine and other trouble lights came on. Was already late for an appointment, so I did not return to Walmart. The next morning I took the car to a local auto parts store.to borrow an OBD II reader to read the trouble codes. Came up with "engine too lean" & "mass flow air problem." Eventually sorted this out with another trip under the hood. Despite telling the auto center staff I did not want or need an air filter, they'd obviously checked it anyway... ....because one of the filter box latches was left undone, and the hose from the crankcase to the air system was hanging disconnected (one needs to disconnect this to get the filter box lid off.) It certainly was not that way when it arrived at Walmart.

  5. Like another person on this thread had mentioned, apparently Walmart''s mechanics can't be bothered to reset the "service needed" light. Lazy and/or sloppy.

Do yourself a favor.... The pennies you save by taking it here will be repaid in all sorts of wasted time, and having to get others to do...

On the evening of July 11th i went to this walmart to purchase a few items. On the 10th of July i had surgery on my left hand. After i checked out i stopped at tje Lottery machine. I had 62.00 cash and it was gone. The manager checked the cameras and told me to call the cops. They had him on camera. I did n not press charges i felt sorry for the young Man and felt losing his job was enough for him to think twice . The poluce officer took all my information and said walmart would call me the next morning Regarding the money i lost. I left the store got home realized i forgot dog food. I went back to the store and what did i see the guy who stole my cash and was caught on camera was on the sales floor working. The store manager will not return my call. I would be damn careful at that store. They have thieves working there. Who knows how many people that guy has stolen from. Makes me wonder how many associates there take from others. Talked to a lawyer who is taking the case. All i wanted was my 62.00. Now they have to be held acc I untable for...
