Valkyrie Altbier - Traditional - $8
6.2% ABV | 35 IBU | Enegren Brewing Company Moorpark, CA Valkyrie is a German amber, a style known in Germany as an Altbier. It is brewed following the traditions of one of the oldest beer styles in Germany - alt literally means "old" in German. However, our version is a little stronger, maltier, and darker than most of its German counterparts. Brewed with dark Munich and pilsner malts imported from Germany, Valkyrie has a smooth toasty and caramel taste with hints of chocolate and sweetness balanced by a hefty dose of German noble hops.
805 - Blonde - $8
4.7% ABV | 20 IBU | Firestone Walker Brewing Company, Paso Robles, CA 805 is a light, refreshing ale originally created for the laid-back California lifestyle. This is an easy-drinking beer that can be enjoyed anywhere.
Happy Days - Blonde - $8
5.2% ABV | Malibu Brewing Company | Malibu, CA Our lightly dry traditional blonde ale is buzzing with delicate notes of local wildflower honey. From Malibu's rolling hills to the seashore, each sip builds upon the last, letting you relish in your Happy Days!
Stone Delicious IPA - American IPA - $8
7.7% ABV | 75 IBU | Stone Brewing | Escondido, CA An intensely citrusy, beautifully bitter beer worthy of the simple-yet-lordly title of Stone Delicious IPA. Lemondrop and El Dorado hops combine to bring on a magnificent lemon candy-like flavor that's balanced by hop spice. Delicious is crafted to reduce gluten.
Celebration IPA - American - $8
6.8% ABV | 65 IBU | Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. | Chico, CA The long, cold nights of winter are a little brighter with Celebration Ale. Wonderfully robust and rich, Celebration Ale is dry-hopped for a lively, intense aroma. Brewed especially for the holidays, it is perfect for a festive gathering or for a quiet evening at home.

This is truly a great place to hang out and watch a game. The food quality is high above an average sports bar. Happy Hour (4-7 pm) prices are very good. We're vegetarian and didn't have any terrible finding suitable options. We ordered chips and salsa, pretzel bites with dipping cheese, a Texas burger with a veggie patty with crispy onions, chipotle mayo and fries, and a kids cheese quesadilla for my 6-year-old. I ordered an 805 26 oz draft and my wife got a light draft beer. Everything was delicious! The burger, bun and toppings were excellent! The tortilla chips were thick and very crispy and the salsa had a smoky flavor with great heat. The fries were delicious, too. I guarantee you will not be disappointed after visiting The Dugout.

Happened on this spot by chance and what a find! All of the staff are great! The waitresses consistently checked on me, the bartender makes a mean whiskey sour and the food was great! Several tv screens in every direction so its easy to watch any number of sports...have came back at least 2x a week since!

While in Ca. I visited the “Dugout” sports grill. A nice selection of beverages(beer, soda etc.). I had pretzel bites that were phenomenal as an appetizer followed by sliders that were very delicious. Don’t forget about the fresh side salad. Friendly staff. Clean environment. I recommend!

Went there on a Sunday to watch some NFL games. We had the pretzel bites with queso blanco dip and mustard. They were salted just right and fluffy in texture when you bit into them. They surprisingly maintained their softness even when they cooled off. Most pretzels or bites hardened pretty quickly in my past experience. Dugout's pretzel bites honestly taste better than most sporting arenas' that sell them. We also had the chips and artichoke dip which was pretty good as well. For my own meal, I gave the Philly cheese steak with a side of garlic fries a try. The cheese steak was a good size sandwich. The tri tip had a nice smoked aroma and taste to it. It had the right amount of melted provolone and BBQ sauce in it, but I wish they had added a little more bell peppers and onions. The garlic fries were on point! I loved the amount of chopped garlic that covered the fries. Tasted awesome!

Service was great! Our server Erica was great! She hustled to not only make sure we had what we needed but everyone else that she was attending to. From our observation, the servers working when we were there, did a fantastic job getting customers seated, taking their orders and getting drinks and food out in a timely manner. They were actually short staffed as we found out a little later, but they handled the rush in a professional manner.

We enjoyed the atmosphere as the games were on. Not extremely noisy like other bar settings. Did notice that some of their dining furniture were a little worn out, especially individual chairs, but the booths were fine. The restroom floors could use an update, but at least it was clean inside. I would give them a 5, but since it was our first visit to their establishment and we haven't tried more food and drink items, I feel a score of 4 is fair to...

The worst service. Ok food, if you ever get what you ordered. Arrived as part of a party. The waitress kept wandering off without taking my drink order, even though I was sitting next to my wife this happened twice, so I have no idea how the wait staff determines that someone should be completely ignored, but there seems to be a policy. Brought me a tap menu when I asked...and then disappeared for another five minutes again without saying a word. Both my wife’s and my food orders were wrong. So we were served separately from our party, and the replacement orders were screwed up again, about which they were completely dismissive. They didn’t show any consideration for bringing kids’ orders correctly, or quickly, were dismissive and rude, and once the food was served, disappeared, to the point that we needed a host to get our server, they took forever to show up, and they tried to run the wrong check. Honestly, if you want ok bar food with a side of “don’t give a damn”, this is the...

I really don’t want to write this review as a new resident however this place has so much potential being the closest restaurant/sports pub to Wood Ranch and yet it was absolutely horrendous. The hot wings and Tri Tip tasted like Rubber. I understand times are tough for restaurants however if you would just go up slightly in your quality .. or better yet change your menu this location would be crushing it! It was so embarrassing to have to send back food why even out your customers and servers through that experience. It is a lose lose situation for everyone. Simi is seriously lacking in local, delicious restaurants and you have a chance please make it happen you are our only hope! Spend money to make money because the food was so gross we couldn’t even eat it... minus the fries and tater tots along with the ranch those...
