Subway — Restaurant in Simi Valley

I'm very impressed with Subway from the last time I had a sandwich from here. It been like 4 years since I been to a subway but since I'm eating healthier, today was the day. I put in my order online and went for the footlong Oven Roasted Turkey. I put in the special request for extra tomatoes, cucumber and cilantro. When I got to the store, I didn't know there was a pickup area until one of the worker told me. They also told me that they don't have cilantro here so I guess that was one thing that changed.. When I got my sandwich and I already knew from looking at it that it was an actual footlong compared to before when I had their sandwich. I guess they changed alot from the whole controversy about their size and also the Tuna situation. Parking is easy here since it's in a lot and the place looked clean. First off there's a young lady that works there that has long hair it should be put up in a bun and a hat while making food she was swinging her hair all over the place. The workers as they're making sandwiches they bend over as they lean over the sandwiches with their dirty shirts over the food. Their shirt should be tucked in and not touching somebody's sandwich very disgusting. Forgetting a sandwich at 9:00 in the morning the lettuce should not be brown and moldy. I made a comment about it and the staff didn't listen at all about the brown and moldy lettuce...

Careful! Bought a foot long at this shop yesterday, March 3rd., around 4:30 PM., very slow time for them apparently. I ate half at dinner and was very ill the entire evening and early morning. I tried calling the shop the next day to let them know, calling between 3 and 4 PM when they would be slow again, 4 times, no answer and message machine full each...
